The hotel started 1916. Location near to Lihue airport is a plus. Condition is run down in the exterior but makes up for it with newly fixed up rooms. Clean.

Very basic accommodations. The window air condition unit was very noisy. Very small room but clean. Instructions were sent for a late check-in which was very useful as my plane got delayed. It would be nice if the room had a minifridge...

First impression..server was curt. Not friendly. With her bad vibes, my bento order was unpleasant. Noodles was cold, wunton burnt roast pork was tough, with dings under cooked. And they charge for hot water The servers should have hospitality training. They'Ll get their tips no matter what. We go to tiptop because of quality of food. So allow me to enjoy the a**osphere..laid back. So we don't this kind of trea**ent..like we're in a food line and must hippity hop hop.

Room was small, nothing fancy. It was very clean with a king size bed and a decent bathroom. It is very close to the airport which made it easy to get to for an early morning flight. It was comfortable enough and a good fit for us for the one night.

Very convenient location from the airport (taxi service). The room is plain but very clean. We’re looking forward to a wonderful Hawaiian breakfast this morning while we wait for our Turo pick up at check out. The rosters were crowing early this morning.
