The service was fine. The unit was very old carpet smelled,  the unit needs to be updated. Everything was looking like it was from 1970 , if it was updated, I would stay there again, but not the way it is now for the price that you pay was too much. It did have a washer and dryer which was good. It had designated parking, which was cool and staff was nice ,

The units were exceptionally clean. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The furniture is a little dated, but that was perfectly fine with us. Better mattresses are needed and it would be nice to have bigger beds. Overall, I think it was a great resort and a good location.

I love everything about Banyan Harbor Resort. Location is perfect. It's very close to the airport and major stores.

One of the beds in our condo was broke, the room in all was dirty, the property is more like ghetto apartments, very noisy located on a hill side with lots of stairs, and our furniture was outdoor furniture not comfortable

We liked the unit having 2 bedrooms with the complete kitchen but the Air conditioning units in bedrooms are too loud and the window coverings were falling off, dish washer didnt really work properly but we didnt mind washing the dishes by hand.

The room was perfect for our family of 3. We used the kitchen for most of our meals. Our only complaint is our bedroom window and lanai faced a busy highway and there was a lot of traffic noise.

The property is well maintained and attractive. It is centralized for visiting either the north or south sides of the island. The room was spacious and served our needs well with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, living area, AC and washer/dryer.
The only complaint was the traffic noise from the highway.

The place looked clean and staff had thought of everything. However, the phone in our unit, 2 stove burners, and the bathroom fan did not work.
