We had an absolute great time.
Room was super clean when we arrived and the service was excellent.
Only issue we had is how hard the staff tried to get us to upgrade our room to an ocean front room when we checked in. I felt pressured and was uncomfortable with their persistance.

We loved the location of this hotel -- it's central location means it's not a long drive to explore either the south or north parts of the island. Also loved the fact that you can walk to their huge beautiful pool area, or to the beach which is right there too. In addition to the huge pool, there is a separate kiddie pool with a slide. There are 4-5 restaurants within walking distance, so no need to drive for food. We were originally a little worried about the closeness of the airport, but truly never heard a plane! The hotel rooms were spacious and very clean. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a great property with a wonderful pool and beautiful quiet beach. The staff easily handled our early check-in - they held our bags and delivered to the room when ready - and gave us property privileges to use facilities and change food and beverages. Overall, a very satisfying customer vacation experience. Couldn’t be happier!!

The pool is amazing and is the one of the few selling point of this resort. The onsite restaurants are pretty good. The sushi restaurant at night is solid. The grab and go was also a bonus. The hotel itself is overpriced for what you get. Cleaning service is only offered every few days (2xs during our 6 night stay). There are no real glasses in the room, just flimsy to go coffee cups. No robe or slippers. The walls are very thin which wouldn’t be an issue except there are tons of smaller children staying with their families here so you get to fall asleep and wake up before the sunrise to yelling kids. The roosters were a welcoming sound compared to the screaming kids. I thought it was odd that people rarely get into the ocean at the beach but since once a day there is a cruise ship coming in it makes the water dirty and who wants to get into that? Not me. Overall I won’t be back and I’ll stick to the Sheraton Waikiki.
