5星好評給到前台經理Rita Liu和景色，定的古城全景大床，view沒話説在麗江之眼旁邊，劉經理的服務也非常貼心，遇到問題都能及時得到回覆和妥善的安排。房間整體乾淨，有些細節（例如味道）可以加強一下，相對突出的是五星級的服務態度。如果沒有劉經理和前台服務人員的妥善安排，整個行程不會有那麼順利。

要誇誇前台餘小芳啦，剛去的時候熱情接待了我們，還帶我們仔細看了房間，辦好入住後還告訴我們哪裡的餐廳好吃、路線要怎麼走等等，第二天離店還送了小禮物給我們！真的是熱情周到！下次去麗江還想住這裏，服務太好了！ 再説下這家店環境吧！一個字：美，是待當年一天都不用出門的那種舒適！

If it rains, I will pick you up in the car with an umbrella, and give you a viewing afternoon tea attentively, which gives you a full sense of ceremony! The breakfast is also good, there is also a children's area, and the public area is beautifully decorated!
