"My modified booking didn't went through so they got us a room upgrade. The room was great and comfy. There was some malfunction with the light but it was quickly fixed. The hosts took great care of us, they advised on food, attractions, travel tips, tea shops and even reminded us real-time when the snow mountain ticket is open for sale. The hosts are passionated in what they do. The hotel located near school and local residences so you got to see children walk to school and stop by for breakfast in the morning. It was really cute."

"A nice hotel which has a good view of the Yulong Snow Mountain. It’s also located beside a lake which is perfect for a morning walk. We personally would like the mattress / bed to be softer as we found it pretty hard. The best thing about the hotel is the hospitality from the staff, who will make you feel really at home."

"Pretty good 4-diamond hotel in a good location, just on the edge of Lijiang Old Town. The room decor was a bit dated, but we had a comfortable stay. The view of the old town from our windows was lovely. I think the platform for the tea table and chairs was unnecessary. Low chairs made it a bit difficult for me to stand up, due to my arthritis in my knees. The hotel provided 1 complimentary transfer to the train station, and a fun photography session with costume, hair and make-up. The make-up artist was very friendly, patient and helpful, when I did costume selection. The photographer gave us 2 free photos, but we bought 4 more as the photos turned out well. He was also very patient, and listened to our requests 🙂 Breakfast spread was decent, even though not as abundant as in big hotels. I enjoyed the mixian noodles 😛 We had a very early morning when we left the hotel at 6am, and hotel provided a packed breakfast of bread, boiled eggs and apples. So thoughtful. Free to use washing machines and dryers were very helpful."

"I really loved this room as it had an unobstructed view of the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. Waking up to such a sight was truly amazing. There was also a dining area at the highest floor which gave you the same view, but on an open deck which was even better. But most of all, it was the friendliness and hospitality of the staff that won my heart. They were very sincere and helpful, and made sure you were comfortable and had everything you needed. Even though there were no lifts in the accommodation, the staff would help us with our heavy luggage up and down the stairs. They also allowed us to lodge our luggage there for 4 days while we continued our journey trekking to Tiger Leaping Gorge, and then travelling to Shangri-la before returning to collect them. The aunty at the dining area was also extremely nice, and ensured we had enough to eat every time we had a meal there. I definitely enjoyed my stay here, and would highly recommend it to those who want to be relatively near to the old town, but away from the business of the attraction."

"Hotel manager was very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and well furnished. The view from the balcony was amazing, we enjoyed sitting there in the evening for the view and the live singing from the bar nearby. The hotel is located half way up a hill with some stairs and stone paved path, the staff will help with your luggage but do take note while booking."
