"Stayed here for 2 nights. The property is in an amazing location in the Lijiang old town. The courtyard was as beautiful as the pictures and the room was very spacious and clean. My host, Dalin, was extremely kind and responsive to all of my needs. He even helped reach out to drivers when I was unable to call a Didi back from the Yulong mountain visitor center! Highly recommend!"

"Location: It's near Heilongtan and a short walk to the old street. There are shops and restaurants around the hotel. Service: All the staff were welcoming and friendly. For example, they helped carry my luggage before I even arrived at the hotel, helped contact the airline when my flight was delayed, and replaced my hairdryer at midnight. They also gave good advice on places to visit. Room condition: The room is modern and can be controlled with AI voice commands to turn lights, curtains, and air conditioning on and off (Chinese language only). The bathroom is spacious, the air conditioning is cool, but the room door is not very soundproof. Food: Breakfast is a set menu with unlimited refills. What I liked most was the afternoon tea with fruit served while enjoying the view of the Yulong Mountain. There was also a Suyoucha-making workshop in the evening, which was a fun activity and allowed me to chat with other guests."

"I love the old vibes of the hotel, The outside view is also nice. The cats are very playful and cute..i love it. But the road to the hotel is a bit grumpy plus very secluded..we almost get lost. But luckily the staff are very helpful."

The hotel's internal surroundings are stunning, with black swans gracefully swimming in a beautiful lake, creating a very relaxing atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, equipped with a coffee maker and humidifier, which is very convenient. The hotel also provides buggy service for transportation within the premises and offers a good selection of restaurants. The check-out process was handled very efficiently by a lovely lady named Angel. I would definitely come back again if I have the chance."

"Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is very convenient — just across the street from Black Dragon Pool, close to the old town, and already within the pick-up area for local tours. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful throughout our stay. We had to depart very early in the morning, and they thoughtfully prepared a takeaway breakfast for us, which we really appreciated. The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. Overall, a great stay with excellent service and a perfect location. Highly recommended!"
