This hotel offers incredible value for money, and the service is excellent. Every time I went to the lounge area, the owner warmly invited me to have tea or coffee. The coffee was freshly ground by a lovely young lady, and it was absolutely delicious – I'd go back just for the coffee! The hygiene was impeccable, and the facilities were top-notch. The hot water came out instantly with great pressure, and the bed was super comfortable. Getting a taxi was also very convenient as they could drop us right at the guesthouse entrance. It's also really easy to get to Shuhe Ancient Town from here.

This was my absolute favorite hotel on my Yunnan trip! The hotel had so many activities! We learned about herbs and made specimens, picked fruits and vegetables, and even wrote Dongba script. The souvenirs were also lovely – handmade lip balm and postcards that I absolutely adored. The bathroom and pantry in the room were so thoughtfully designed, and there was even a mini-cinema in the common area. It definitely lived up to its reputation as a Singaporean-designed hotel. Each room also had a guest book, and the activity guide was available in both Chinese and English. Reading the messages and stories left by previous guests in the room was so interesting. My sister's daughter and I both left our little thoughts in the guest book. The whole experience felt so special and unforgettable. The service from the staff – the young men and women, and the aunties – was incredibly comfortable. They could all speak both Chinese and English, and their professionalism was a cut above what you'd find in a typical hotel. The fruits and vegetables we picked could be prepared at the hotel restaurant for just the normal price of a salad. I absolutely loved that service. The food at the restaurant was also delicious, and during happy hour (2-6 PM), the second drink was half price. As someone who enjoys a drink, I couldn't miss out! I had two and they were both great 👍 (I'll definitely be back for another tipsy session!) Because we had to catch a train the next day, we asked the hotel staff to arrange a driver to take us to the high-speed rail station. Even the driver who took us to the station was very professional and had an employee ID. The auntie also thoughtfully prepared three breakfast boxes for us to take on the car. At 6:20 AM, the uncle on duty drove a tricycle to help us transport our luggage to the north gate. We felt the hotel's professionalism throughout our entire stay. We've promised ourselves we'll definitely, definitely come back next time!!

After checking into the Lemon Inn, my friend suddenly had a kidney stone attack and was in unbearable pain. Being in an unfamiliar place, we felt helpless. The owner was incredibly kind and immediately helped us find emergency medication, patiently guided us to the nearest hospital, and showed genuine care throughout. It was incredibly reassuring. The courtyard is quiet and elegant, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. In our free time, we could even admire the snow-capped mountains in the distance. It's truly heartwarming to encounter such a sincere and kind host while traveling. This inn has a real warmth to it, and I wholeheartedly recommend it for anyone visiting Shuhe, Lijiang.

This was truly one of the best 民宿 experiences I have ever had. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. Two gentlemen welcomed us warmly with smiles and immediately helped us carry our luggage, which included two large suitcases and two small suitcases, all the way up to Level 3. We were also given a complimentary room upgrade because a larger room was available, which was such a thoughtful gesture. After checking in, they patiently guided us through the room facilities and made sure we knew how everything worked. On the first day of our stay, they also prepared a beautiful fruit platter and tea for us, which made us feel so welcomed and well taken care of. Their service hours are from 8am to midnight, but what impressed us most was how much they went beyond that. Whenever available, they also had a driver who could send us to the nearby Lijiang Old Town, making our trip even more convenient and worry-free. The level of care and help they provided is honestly beyond words. They made our entire stay comfortable, smooth, and stress-free. Together with the beautiful scenic views, their outstanding service made us fall in love with Lijiang even more and truly made us want to visit again. On our last day, we had to check out at 7am, which was outside their usual working hours. Even so, the owner personally stayed at the counter and set his own alarm just to help us carry our luggage down. He did not have to do this, but he still went out of his way to assist us. He also helped arrange transport to take us to Lijiang Train Station, which made our departure so easy and comfortable. The service at this hotel is genuinely excellent. I almost have no words to describe how grateful we are for such a wonderful stay. This is the first time I am putting so much effort into writing such a long review for a hotel, and that says a lot about how amazing the experience was. If you are visiting Lijiang, I highly, highly recommend this 民宿. The service, hospitality, comfort, and overall experience are truly top-notch. Fantastic value for money! Our 5-person room even had a clean private bathroom with a separate shower. The bedding was excellent, ensuring a wonderful night's sleep. I was really impressed by the laundry room – not only did it have large washing machines, but also dryers! It was raining in Lijiang, so being able to dry my clothes and have them warm was amazing. The courtyard was filled with the fragrance of flowers, and when the sun came out, it was a joy to relax there. The owner was incredibly warm and hospitable, and even cooked me delicious Xishuangbanna-style food. There's a bus stop right outside, which is very convenient. Across the street is Cherry Blossom Avenue, a real treat for photography lovers.

The hotel breakfast was really delicious, especially the rice noodles – I still miss them! The environment was also fantastic, and staying in a small villa felt so special. It's conveniently located right next to Shuhe Ancient Town. I stayed for 3 nights and was very sad to leave. Highly recommend!

Yunshu's location is fantastic – you can hail a taxi right outside, and it's close to the North Gate and Jiuding Longtan. True to its name, it feels like a secluded mountain retreat, offering a unique sense of tranquility. The rooms are incredibly spacious, and they provide every amenity you could possibly need. My dad even remarked that this was the only place we stayed that had a shoehorn! The wooden decor gives it a distinctive style. This particular suite even had two doors and a small balcony, and it was so relaxing to sit out on the veranda even when it was raining. I couldn't help but show it off to my friends, and they all agreed it looked great. Thank you, Yunshu, for making our Lijiang trip so delightful! See you next time!

Bring the whole family to Lijiang for a self-driving tour. Because I took the elderly, I didn’t choose a homestay. I found this hotel. The parking space is very sufficient. The location is very convenient. In the ancient town of Shuhe, opposite the country of the wilderness and the art town, next to the tourist avenue. Where to drive to Baisha and Jade Dragon Snow Mountain is also very close, the elderly stayed for one night, feel very comfortable to sleep, directly decided to live here in the future, in addition, the beauty at the front desk of the hotel is also very warm, the facilities are also very complete, because with children do not dare to use the outside washing machine indiscriminately, The hotel is equipped with a special laundry detergent, and the ironing machine is also very convenient and hygienic. I will choose this one when I come to Lijiang in the future.

I stayed here for three nights and it was truly comfortable. I slept in until noon every day. The service was excellent, and it was generally very quiet. Even though I was on the first floor, I didn't hear any noise. Since it's located on the outskirts of the scenic area, taking a taxi back was easy with no traffic jams, making transportation convenient. The room was spacious, and the garden was very healing.

This guesthouse is an absolute gem! The host was incredibly responsible, always quick to respond, and went above and beyond to accommodate all our requests – truly an outstanding experience. The snow-capped mountain viewpoint offered an absolutely stunning vista, perfect for incredible photos; the scenery was so captivating I didn't want to leave. The owner was super genuine; seeing we traveled a long way, he even upgraded our room for free, which was such a pleasant and heartwarming surprise. We also got to share tea and chat with the owner, creating a wonderfully comfortable and relaxed atmosphere, just like being with friends. Overall, it was clean, cozy, thoughtful, and thorough. I've already recommended it to my friends, and I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit!
