Room Amenities: I stayed two nights in Lijiang this trip, with a visit to Shangri-La in between. I booked both a family room and a family suite. The suite offered significantly more space. Value for Money: This hotel offers great value for money. The environment and transportation are both good, and the service is excellent. Highly recommended! Breakfast: The breakfast selection was quite rich! My child wasn't feeling well and didn't want to eat breakfast, so I asked the staff for a small bag to pack some eggs and mini bread. They arranged it very quickly, which was commendable! In between, I bought some fruit and washed it but had nothing to put it in. I asked the front desk for a disposable container, and they promptly arranged for a robot to deliver it. Truly commendable! The hotel also keeps complimentary cookies and hot rose black tea on the first floor, which is a big plus! Recommended!

The hotel's location is a huge plus, with plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, and fruit stores nearby, making it super convenient for meals and groceries morning and night. It's also very close to the main road, so getting a taxi is easy. You can get to all the major attractions, shopping malls, and business venues without any detours, which is a big relief when you're traveling with luggage.

I highly recommend staying at Yundu in Lijiang! This was by far the best accommodation of my entire trip. The room offered a direct view of the snow-capped mountains, allowing me to wake up and enjoy the sunrise illuminating the golden peaks without having to rush out for sightseeing. It was incredibly comfortable and rejuvenating. The butler team provided exceptionally detailed service, handling everything from transportation and room upgrades to custom breakfast requests – their attentiveness exceeded expectations. The breakfast selection was rich and varied, with excellent coffee and fruity flavors, making for a fantastic overall dining and living experience. The guesthouse is conveniently located for easy access to and from both ancient towns. It's quiet and peaceful, away from the hustle and bustle of the old city. Every day felt relaxed and pleasant. This is a treasure of a guesthouse, allowing you to shed your fatigue and peacefully gaze at the snow-capped mountains. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Lijiang.

The room was great, but breakfast was just okay. The underground parking was convenient. I want to talk about the room upgrade. When I made the reservation, two benefits automatically appeared: a room upgrade and late check-out. Since I hadn't used them before, I didn't pay much attention. When I got to the front desk, I found out the hotel had no idea about upgrading my room. After asking, they said rooms were tight and an upgrade wasn't possible. That's when I realized that these two benefits for platinum members are actually only available four times, and once selected, they can't be canceled. To cancel, you have to cancel the entire order, which in my case was non-cancellable. So, I had no choice but to truthfully report that the hotel didn't upgrade my room, so this benefit wouldn't be counted as used. However, when we arrived at the room the hotel assigned us, we found the door wasn't even closed – we just walked in without using a key card. Once inside, there was a strong sewage smell, which opening the window couldn't fix. We had to go back to the front desk and ask for a room change, and this time, the hotel did upgrade us! I'm not sure how this room upgrade benefit is communicated between Trip.com and the hotel, but I definitely won't be selecting it so easily in the future. Overall, the hotel is still good and a brand I often choose for travel. It's trustworthy and offers great value for money in Lijiang.

The complimentary train station pickup makes a lovely start of our trip to Lijiang. The driver was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The courtyard is also nice to chill. Only gripe is frontdesk staff could be a little more hospitable. Asked a few questions about booking of Lijiang Romance Park tickets but didn’t really get much assistance. The interaction was transactional. Not a deal breaker, since most of the time we were out. Hotel also provided some snacks on the second day :)

The B&B is located in an alley, but the road is wide enough for cars, and there are streetlights at night, with plenty of residents around. The room was incredibly spacious; we booked a twin room, and it was very clean and large, featuring a smart toilet, table, chairs, sofa, and TV – everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The staff at the front desk were also very friendly and helpful. There's even a viewing area upstairs with beautiful surroundings. The best part about this B&B is that you can buy oxygen from them before visiting Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, and if you don't open it, you can return it! The owner is truly thoughtful and understanding. Oxygen is just for emergencies, and you can't take it on planes or high-speed trains anyway, which really shows how considerate the owner is!

Looking online, it was advertised as a five-star hotel, very close to the ancient city, and the best part was the affordable price, so I booked it without hesitation. After checking in, it truly lived up to expectations. If you're coming to Lijiang, I highly recommend this hotel. It has the feel of a star-rated hotel, offers a sense of security, and the facilities are great and clean. I felt very at ease during my stay, not worrying about safety or hygiene. The hotel's location is also excellent, making it convenient to go anywhere, and the front desk service was good too. Overall, it provided a very reassuring experience.

The owner was very welcoming. The hotel is conveniently located with plenty of food options nearby. Lion Rock and Wangu Tower are just a two-minute walk away. The breakfast was delicious, and the rooms provided all disposable toiletries. The hotel has an elevator, which was very convenient since we had a lot of luggage.

We were so lucky to have chosen this hotel for our Lijiang trip – it exceeded our expectations! **Location:** Although it's about 1-2 kilometers outside the Old Town, there's a large supermarket and a mall nearby. Plus, there's a food street right downstairs with so many delicious options that we ended up having dinner there every night of our stay. The food was fantastic and great value for money. **Room:** Clean and comfortable, but most importantly, it was quiet with excellent soundproofing. We slept soundly every night. **Breakfast:** The restaurant boasts a superb view where you can see the snow-capped mountains in the distance. The spread was extensive and the food was delicious – we thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast both mornings. **Service:** The staff were attentive and warm. Everything about this hotel impressed me so much. I genuinely recommend it for its value!

Staying at Atour is a great choice when traveling. It's clean, hygienic, and the service is excellent. Laundry is super convenient (there's an attendant in the laundry room who helps with washing and drying), and the room even comes with pour-over coffee bags, while the fridge has Coke and honey herbal tea.
