The room had a projector, and the B&B even had streaming service memberships for binge-watching, which was great! You could see Jade Dragon Snow Mountain from the room, and it was cleaned very well. The owner was super enthusiastic and helped us with our luggage (even braving the rain to do so, many thanks!). The watermelon was also very sweet, and all the facilities were excellent. The third-floor viewing deck had amazing scenery, with a beautiful blue pool and lovely tables and coffee tables. The view was expansive, perfect for seeing Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, and made for some fantastic photos.

We had a fantastic stay the MountainTrip resort. Even before arrival they helped coordinate a private transfer for us to get to Shangri-La. They picked us up from the airport for free (which is a long drive). We also used their free drive to nearby Baisha. The room was spacious, clean, and had plenty of amenities (fridge, free drinks, toiletries). The bathrooms were modern. When we arrived late they still offered us their daily tea and drinks. We had breakfast and a couple other meals at the hotel and always found the food delicious and well balanced. Attached a few of their daily menus. The family enjoyed petting and feeding their goats and ponies. They would give us food to feed them. The flowers were beautiful. Our stay will likely be a highlight of our trip to Yunnan. The room was very clean, and the host was super friendly and helpful with luggage. There's also a Samoyed named Mitsu who is incredibly friendly; my kids absolutely adored her and couldn't bear to leave. The dog was very clean and well-behaved. Overall, the guesthouse was very quiet.

The rooms are well-equipped with smart features that are easy to use, making for a very comfortable stay. The environment is absolutely stunning; opening the window reveals a continuous vista of snowy mountains, and it's wonderfully quiet, far from the hustle and bustle of the city. Everything is meticulously cleaned and tidy, from the bedding to the bathroom. The staff are warm, attentive, and always happy to provide patient guidance for getting around and sightseeing. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied.

I was absolutely blown away by this guesthouse in Lijiang's Baisha Ancient Town – my stay here was truly exceptional! The guesthouse is nestled right at the foot of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. From my room, opening the window offered stunning views of the mist-shrouded peaks in the distance. Even lying in bed, I could gaze at the mountain scenery, which instantly lifted my spirits. The courtyard entrance features a beautiful water feature with floral arches, lush greenery, and white flowers adorned with light drapes. The reflections in the water created such an atmospheric setting, perfect for impromptu photos. The common areas inside are incredibly stylish, with giant log pillars and artistic relief walls – every corner is Instagram-worthy. The guest rooms are spotlessly clean, and the bedding is super comfortable. They come equipped with floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows and an oversized bathtub, which was perfect for a relaxing soak after exploring the ancient town, melting away the day's fatigue. The guesthouse amenities are comprehensive, making daily life hassle-free, and the overall environment is peaceful and serene. As a side note, here’s a quick guide for exploring Baisha: you can take a public bus directly to the ancient town for 5 yuan. Nearby Baisha Archway, Yuhu Village, and Longnü Lake are all along the way and can be explored in about half a day, hitting multiple spots. The sunny days in Yunnan are incredibly healing, with blue skies and white clouds. The guesthouse's location is superb, very close to the snow-capped mountains with fantastic views. We took our child during the summer holiday and stayed in the family room. The room was spacious and airy, with a fun and cute style that our child absolutely loved. The huge floor-to-ceiling windows offered direct, full-score views of the beautiful scenery. Our whole family had a very comfortable stay.

This is a wonderful hotel to stay in at Baisha ancient town, about 20 minutes from the centre of Lijiang. The room was enormous and very clean with a view of the mountains. The host was very generous and friendly, we had tea every night after I’d been out exploring every day. He even drove me in his own car to catch the tour bus to Yulong Snow Mountain. I would highly recommend this hotel if you want a quieter experience yet only a few minutes walk to Baisha ancient town.

This is the best B&B I've ever stayed at – a wonderland that feels just like home. It perfectly matches all my expectations for a vacation rental. The basic cleanliness goes without saying, and the entire place exudes a serene atmosphere. The natural beauty is breathtaking; having Jade Dragon Snow Mountain right in front of you is an incredible experience. But more importantly, there's a group of people here who feel more like family than friends, making everyone feel relaxed and comfortable. The lovely younger staff, the hospitable manager, the talkative chef, and the enthusiastic dog all became my family during my time in Yunnan. My stay happened to coincide with the Dragon Boat Festival, and everyone invited me to join their big family celebration with the best food and wine. The loneliness of solo travel was completely enveloped by warmth here. Thank you to the B&B and to everyone for their incredible hospitality. My only regret is not being able to stay a few more days. But I'm confident we'll all meet again in the future.

The taxi drops you right at the hotel entrance, then you just contact a staff member to come and greet you. The service is exceptional; they even called me a day in advance to confirm my arrival time and added me on WeChat to share the location. After checking in, they sent over a local food guide too! My room was upgraded to a suite with a bathtub, and it was very spacious. The only minor issue is that the wooden cabin isn't very soundproof, but overall, it was still very quiet. Big shout out to the afternoon tea! We got two drinks and a pastry, and that pastry was absolutely delicious!

Finally found the Hobbit village hidden in the mountains of Lijiang! It's like stepping into a Hobbit fairy tale, with stunning gardens, treehouses, and cabins that make for amazing photos. You can feed the adorable and gentle lambs and calves here, making it perfect for a family trip with kids who could play all day. The panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows in the cafe offer incredible views, framing the mountain fields. The coffee, desserts, and warm breakfast are also absolutely delicious! 🥳
