GGuest UserTook my mom out for a trip and saw Aling's live stream on Douyin. She came across as very practical, genuine, and unpretentious, so we decided to stay for a few days. Overall, it was a really good experience. As soon as you enter the courtyard, there's a water feature with koi fish, which gives a vibrant and lively feel. The two young men working there were incredibly attentive and patient in answering our questions, and their demeanor was very refined. We also had the good fortune to meet a compatible travel couple, Sister Liu and her husband, at Aling's place. It felt like such a serendipitous encounter for people from the north and south to meet here. In the evening, we gathered in Aling's courtyard to chat, drink tea, and share our travel experiences. It was truly delightful. Thank you, Aling, for bringing us all together!

GGuest UserThe staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They confirmed my check-in details and the hotel's location in advance. Upon arrival, they immediately offered to help with my luggage and even assisted with purchasing tickets for the Song Dynasty City show (I didn't realize discounted tickets needed to be bought a day in advance, but the hotel managed to get them for me). They were consistently warm and welcoming whenever I saw them.
The breakfast was plentiful and, more importantly, delicious, with a fantastic view from the restaurant.
The room was spacious and modern, featuring a double vanity and a large dressing mirror, perfect for two women to get ready simultaneously. My friend was extremely pleased.
Initially, I was a bit worried based on some user-uploaded photos on Amap, but thankfully, the hotel's photos on Trip.com were accurate and trustworthy, not misleading. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

GGuest UserI absolutely loved this guesthouse! It totally saved my entire Lijiang trip! I had an upset stomach from Xishuangbanna and then experienced some mild altitude sickness in Lijiang, making me feel incredibly uncomfortable. Thankfully, this guesthouse was warm and cozy, with clean and tidy rooms that had no strange odors. The bedding was comfortable, allowing me to get a great night's sleep every evening. The room also provided many Lijiang specialties, fruits, and snacks. The owners even brought us some toasted bread slices when they found out my friend and I had gastroenteritis. The garden and the small rooftop terrace were beautifully decorated with lots of succulents, making them perfect for photos! The cats and dogs were all clean, quiet, and very friendly; a little dog would come and lie next to me when I sat in the lobby. 😍😍😍 I've already recommended this guesthouse to all my friends. I hope the owners' business thrives, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Lijiang!

GGuest UserThis hotel made up 90% of my wonderful Lijiang trip – it was incredibly comfortable and the service was so thoughtful. The excellent service started right from booking; the owner added me on WeChat to ask about my arrival time and if I needed a pick-up, always replying instantly. They even helped with my luggage! The hotel is halfway up the mountain, offering stunning views of Lijiang Old Town. Whenever I wanted to go out, they'd drive me to the old town entrance, making it super convenient – a quiet escape yet close to everything. Plus, food delivery comes right to your room. The daily afternoon tea, coffee, and regular tea were all delicious, and the mini cakes and cookies were also high quality. There are 3 cats to pet, and a huge, super clear projector that was so comfy it made me not want to leave the room, haha.
⭐️ **Amenities:** It has an elevator! Floor-to-ceiling windows, a spacious and bright room, with sunlight streaming in – super comfortable! There's underfloor heating, powerful air conditioning, and a humidifier. The furniture is solid and high-quality, and the bed is just the right softness with comfortable linens.
⭐️ **Hygiene:** Daily cleaning, disposable slippers in sterilized packaging, soft and clean towels, separate toilet and shower areas, and a bathtub – extremely clean!
⭐️ **Service:** Absolutely amazing, they catered to every request! They provided sightseeing tips and routes with location pins, no pushy sales, and were as warm and attentive as a good friend! Unlimited complimentary bottled water, they'd offer water and an umbrella when I left, and fresh flower cakes when I returned – they looked after me so well!
We will definitely be back.

RRenjian1989I had a wonderful two-day stay in Yuhu Village, and the guesthouse I booked by chance turned out to be a fantastic surprise! It has a lovely courtyard, not too big and not too small, with an olive tree standing gracefully in the middle. A few cats laze around in the courtyard, looking incredibly content and not at all afraid of people. One even waited for me on the wall when I woke up in the morning! The guesthouse's location is excellent; it's right by the Yuhu Village Square, just a short bus ride from the visitor center. Yuhu Village also offers a variety of activities, making it convenient for horse riding and hiking. I really enjoyed sunbathing and feeling the breeze in the courtyard, chatting with the owner by the fire in the lobby, drinking tea during the day, and having a nightcap in the evening. I wish I could have stayed a few more days.

NNulichengweixiaoxianyuAfter navigating the cobblestone streets of Lijiang Old Town with my luggage for what felt like ages, I finally spotted the wooden sign for Anyun Tianxin Inn at a corner, and was immediately warmed by the sheepskin lantern hanging above the doorway. A steaming cup of Pu'er tea was offered upon arrival, and they mentioned freshly baked flower cakes were in a bamboo basket, encouraging us to have some to tide us over. Our second-floor view room faced Sifang Street directly. In the evening, sitting on the rattan chair on the terrace, we watched Naxi grannies walk by with their bamboo baskets, as the distant Jade Dragon Snow Mountain shimmered faintly in the twilight. The air itself was fragrant with a mix of osmanthus and woody scents. Woken up in the middle of the night by the sound of rain, I pushed open the window to find water accumulated in the stone vat under the eaves, reflecting a sky full of stars. This, I thought, must be the ancient town's most tranquil charm.

AAnonymous UserOur stay at Yintang Manor in Shuhe Ancient Town was such a delightful surprise! We booked a one-bedroom, one-living room suite on the third floor, and the view was absolutely unbeatable. From our room, we had a panoramic vista of the entire Shuhe Ancient Town. The scenery at dawn and dusk was particularly therapeutic – it truly felt like we were 'living within the landscape.'
The atmosphere at the manor was fantastic. Not only was the environment filled with artistic flair, but there were also so many adorable little animals! I especially want to praise 'Yuanbao,' the cat, who has the best personality – so soft and cuddly. Petting the cat when we had a moment completely helped us relax. There were also two adorable alpacas in the courtyard that we could interact with occasionally, which added so much fun to our trip.
Of course, what made it most comforting was the attentive butler service. They proactively contacted us even before check-in, and any requests we made in the dedicated group chat were immediately addressed. The service was both professional and warm, making us feel right at home. If you're looking for a luxurious and hidden manor in Lijiang where you can enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of the ancient town, a slow-paced lifestyle, and the therapeutic charm of cute pets, Yintang is definitely the perfect choice!

MM518673****Had a fantastic stay! The location is really convenient – close to tourist spots but still quiet. Plus, there are plenty of places to eat and shop nearby. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the housekeeping was excellent. The soundproofing was good too, so I slept soundly every night. The owner and staff were very friendly and helpful, always ready to answer questions and even recommended some great local eateries, which was a nice touch. It offers great value for money, and I'd definitely choose to stay here again next time. Highly recommended!

CChitrlada HarnWhen my mother agreed to visit Lijiang with me, I browsed many hotels in Trip.com and sorted out this hotel out of many hotels with good reviews without knowing beforehanded that this will fulfill my satisfaction to the most. Before we got there, I contacted the hotel if it is comfortable for my mom to stay there because she is 88 years old and need to use wheelchair. After that they made up a wechat group to facilitate us. The staff who took care of us , xiao juan , helped us with the trip plan, escorted us to the ancient town of Dayan and Shuhe ,lead us to understand the town of Baisha and helped us with everything we need. She shows her emphaty to people with everthing she does.All the staffs there are young , polite and friendly. The location of the hotel is very suitable for exploring the ancient town of Baisha. The view of the snow mountain can be seen from the inner garden and more clearly from the third floor of the hotel.The room is comfortable with good quality bedsheet , blanket , towels and the heating floor. The breakfast is adequate with a set of chinese small dishes together with a choice of boiled rice or noodles. They provide free coffee all day with daily afternoon tea set and late night sweet soup and plum wine. I feel like I have nothing to ask more and wish to express my gratitude to all the staffs here. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to all who need to receive impressive service from these lovely staffs.
