"The location is perfect. When I first arrived, I thought it was a bit out of the way and uphill, but once I stayed, I realized it was actually very convenient. It's about a 5-minute walk to the bar street and the Lion Night Market. I recommend staying on the second floor, where you can see the entire old town. It's very quiet at night, situated a bit higher than the Guan Xue Yue Gu Lou restaurant with a view."

The hotel itself is clean and elegant, with a great ambiance. The rooms are spacious, tidy, and beautifully furnished, ensuring a very relaxing and comfortable stay. The biggest surprise was the panoramic view from the sky garden, offering a direct and stunning view of the magnificent Rizhao Jinshan (Golden Mountain bathed in sunlight), which is incredibly therapeutic. The owner is warm, generous, and provides attentive and thoughtful service, truly making you feel welcome. My stay here was absolutely perfect, and the value for money is outstanding. For anyone traveling to this area, this hotel is definitely the top choice. I sincerely recommend everyone to stay here."

We went to Jade Dragon Snow Mountain in Lijiang, and although I experienced some altitude sickness, I recovered quickly because I slept so well at the hotel. [small bridge and flowing water family] under the small bridge, the flowing water makes a loud noise, and the cooking smoke curls up in the households beside the small bridge.This is the childhood memory at the door. A crystal clear stream flows around the ancient city all the year round. On one side of the stream, there are several weeping willows. The long and soft willows are fluttering in the wind. Graceful dance, is so beautiful, so natural. There are two or three very long branches, hanging on the water, with sparkling ripples. When the water bird stands on its waist and sings, the water also sings and makes a pleasant sound. Even if it is dry, the stream will not dry up. Villagers usually rely on it to irrigate the countryside, wash clothes and decorate the scenery. Sometimes, it has only a thin spring, which passes through the stone cracks. A group of six or seven year olds and I like to dig open the stone and look for small fish, shrimp and crabs. We had a twin room on the ground floor which is ok. Daily disposal towels and amenities were provided.
Location was good, we walked around the ancient town. You may be asked to join the tours offered by the hotel, but we went on our own. To Tiger Leaping Gorge you can buy the bus tickets from the Lijiang bus station. Though the bus picks up passengers from North/South gates, it is only possible for locals who can book the bus tickets online, not for foreigners. To Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, we were supposed to take the tourist bus 101 (CNY15) leaving from a bus-stop outside Zhongyi Market (shared by the hotel staff), we met a carpool driver along the way (CNY20) who happily took us. Bought the Glasier Park/Spruce Park entrance tickets with shuttle transport onsite. Restaurants were everywhere. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful."

GGuest UserTook my mom out for a trip and saw Aling's live stream on Douyin. She came across as very practical, genuine, and unpretentious, so we decided to stay for a few days. Overall, it was a really good experience. As soon as you enter the courtyard, there's a water feature with koi fish, which gives a vibrant and lively feel. The two young men working there were incredibly attentive and patient in answering our questions, and their demeanor was very refined. We also had the good fortune to meet a compatible travel couple, Sister Liu and her husband, at Aling's place. It felt like such a serendipitous encounter for people from the north and south to meet here. In the evening, we gathered in Aling's courtyard to chat, drink tea, and share our travel experiences. It was truly delightful. Thank you, Aling, for bringing us all together!

GGuest UserI absolutely loved this guesthouse! It totally saved my entire Lijiang trip! I had an upset stomach from Xishuangbanna and then experienced some mild altitude sickness in Lijiang, making me feel incredibly uncomfortable. Thankfully, this guesthouse was warm and cozy, with clean and tidy rooms that had no strange odors. The bedding was comfortable, allowing me to get a great night's sleep every evening. The room also provided many Lijiang specialties, fruits, and snacks. The owners even brought us some toasted bread slices when they found out my friend and I had gastroenteritis. The garden and the small rooftop terrace were beautifully decorated with lots of succulents, making them perfect for photos! The cats and dogs were all clean, quiet, and very friendly; a little dog would come and lie next to me when I sat in the lobby. 😍😍😍 I've already recommended this guesthouse to all my friends. I hope the owners' business thrives, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Lijiang!

I had a wonderful experience during my recent stay at Liqiang. From the moment I arrived, the level of service exceeded my expectations.
The highlight of my visit was the exceptional hospitality provided by our host, Mr. Sing, who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. He was incredibly caring and attentive throughout our stay, taking the time to help arrange our itinerary and providing valuable local insights.
Mr. Sing's assistance was invaluable - he personally helped us with our luggage from the main entrance all the way up to the hotel, which we greatly appreciated. His local knowledge really enhanced our trip, as he introduced us to excellent dining options and guided us to the best shopping areas in the vicinity.
The genuine care and attention to detail shown by our host Mr. Sing made our stay not just comfortable, but truly memorable. I would highly recommend Liqiang to anyone looking for a place that combines good accommodations with outstanding personal service.

GGuest UserWe really enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The views are amazing! You can see Jade Dragon Snow Mountain right from the room, and even catch the sunrise the moment you wake up.
The service was excellent as well. Even though the hotel is a short walk from the nearest car drop-off point, the staff very graciously helped carry our luggage to the hotel and up to our rooms. They also helped to arrange transport for us so it was very convenient!
Breakfast was simple but delicious. On one of the mornings when we had to leave early for our own sunrise trip, the staff thoughtfully prepared breakfast in advance for us to bring along.
Would definitely recommend this cozy little hotel!

NNihat ErWe had an amazing stay at this hotel and would definitely give it a 10/10.
The hotel is very clean, well organized, and feels luxurious. Our room was beautiful and featured a large bathtub in front of a huge window with a breathtaking view of the lake and the Snow Mountain.
Another highlight was the breakfast service. Breakfast was delivered directly to our room every morning, and the quality was excellent. We could choose between a Western breakfast and a Chinese breakfast, and the staff also carefully respected our dietary wishes, especially regarding not eating meat or pork.
The service overall was outstanding. The staff were always reachable via WeChat and helped us with every request we had. We also really appreciated the complimentary airport pick-up and drop-off service.
In addition, the team provided us with great information about local activities and even helped us find Muslim-friendly restaurants in the area, which made our stay much easier and more enjoyable.
Overall, we are extremely satisfied and very thankful for the excellent service and the wonderful stay. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserThe room was pretty good, with a nice view overlooking the old town. The hotel also has direct access to a viewing platform, which offers amazing views! There are a lot of steps in the old town, but the staff were really helpful and carried our luggage for us. Breakfast was also quite good, though we only managed to wake up early enough to have it once.

The bedding in the rooms is incredibly comfortable, ensuring a superb resting experience every night that completely relaxes your mind and body. What's more, the guesthouse pays special attention to environmental hygiene and meticulous design; every corner exudes tranquility and elegance. Whether you're enjoying tea and watching the sunrise in the morning or listening to the wind and admiring the lanterns at night, life just feels so much more charming here! GGuest UserBooked a six-night stay in a mountain-view villa for my family. The views were stunning, the rooms were spotless, the air was fresh, and the service was attentive. There were plenty of activities, and the airport transfers were perfectly on time. My whole family had an absolute blast!
My favorite part was watching the little white geese and ducklings swimming freely in the lake 𓅿𓅹 – they were incredibly cute! In the early morning, you could also witness the magnificent 'Golden Mountain in the Sun' spectacle. Breakfast was delicious, especially the Ersi noodles, which were truly unforgettable.
The staff were always warm and thoughtful, bringing us different special snacks every day, like rose cakes, roasted potatoes, and milk cheese… Each day brought a new surprise! My family also had a deep dive into traditional culture at the hotel, including the Naxi blessing ceremony, recycled paper making, and Dongba calligraphy and painting. It was both professional and fascinating! For those who love traditional culture, this is definitely not to be missed.

We got a free upgrade from the owner, and the benefits that come with the room were aplenty (afternoon tea, great breakfast set, a tea-making session etc). The owner also helps us buy a nice, affordable day tour to Dali, which we enjoyed tremendously. The hotel itself is new and spacious, and our room has the view of a peaceful small river. The surrounding area is serene and quiet, with a handful of quaint cafes, restaurants and bars. It feels like a complete contrast of the other commercial side of Lijiang. Overall, we loved the stay. Will definitely recommend this our friends.

The front desk lady meticulously explained how to see the 'sunrise over the golden mountains' and how to explore Lijiang. The best part? The guesthouse owner turned out to be from my hometown in Chongqing, and even our neighbor! What a small world, you couldn't make this up. We drank tea in the afternoon and had drinks together in the evening – they were so incredibly hospitable! 😍 Next time I'm in Lijiang, I'm definitely staying here again.
