Took my mom out for a trip and saw Aling's live stream on Douyin. She came across as very practical, genuine, and unpretentious, so we decided to stay for a few days. Overall, it was a really good experience. As soon as you enter the courtyard, there's a water feature with koi fish, which gives a vibrant and lively feel. The two young men working there were incredibly attentive and patient in answering our questions, and their demeanor was very refined. We also had the good fortune to meet a compatible travel couple, Sister Liu and her husband, at Aling's place. It felt like such a serendipitous encounter for people from the north and south to meet here. In the evening, we gathered in Aling's courtyard to chat, drink tea, and share our travel experiences. It was truly delightful. Thank you, Aling, for bringing us all together!

Mr. Sing's assistance was invaluable - he personally helped us with our luggage from the main entrance all the way up to the hotel, which we greatly appreciated. His local knowledge really enhanced our trip, as he introduced us to excellent dining options and guided us to the best shopping areas in the vicinity. The genuine care and attention to detail shown by our host Mr. Sing made our stay not just comfortable, but truly memorable. By chance, I booked this guesthouse/hotel located at the top of Lion Rock, and the overall environment and hygiene were excellent. Not only can you get a panoramic view of the ancient city, but you can also see the snow-capped mountains right from your room. The third-floor terrace is very comfortable; in the afternoon, they offer complimentary drinks, and you can enjoy the scenery while basking in the sun, which is incredibly relaxing. The owner, a young man, is also wonderful – cheerful and kind-hearted. Since I was traveling with my 80-year-old mother to Lijiang this time, the owner was incredibly thoughtful, paying attention to every detail to ensure her comfort. Bringing my mother here has been a long-cherished wish of mine, and she was very satisfied with her two-day stay at this guesthouse. Many thanks to the owner for making these the best memories for my mother in Lijiang. Good conscience is the best brand, and kindness is priceless. We love it here, it was our highlight in Lijiang Ancient Town, the hosts were all friendly, the rooms were as advertised, free airport pickup, complimentary tea and fruits, cleanliness was spotless, spacious and advanced. Had a small cute rooftop for the view. The hosts however were our highlight, we felt genuinely cared for, they ensured our safety and comfort. Every time we are clueless they never fail to give their best to help us, ensure we have a good time, provided all relevant information, gave tips so we don’t get scammed by extreme high prices. At the end of the journey we felt like we made friends along the way, would definitely recommend and come again. Big thanks to Ah Azhong for being our host, we were grateful for your service. The place is located near the north gate but there is a closer exit/shortcut about 10 - 15 mins that is more accessible towards the didi areas in comparison to the main location entrances in the map.

Staying in the Jacuzzi Villa was an absolute delight! The Naxi-style courtyard was elegant and peaceful, and the private, temperature-controlled Jacuzzi was clean and comfortable. Soaking under the stars at night melted away all my travel fatigue. I must commend Elin, our butler, for her outstanding service. From coordinating before our arrival to her attentive care during our stay, she was always quick to respond to any needs. She was thoughtful and professional, never intrusive, which truly enhanced the relaxing vacation vibe. The facilities were excellent, and the service was an added bonus – a perfect Lijiang getaway! Highly recommended!

The environment here is beautiful, with lush greenery in the courtyard and fresh air that instantly helps you relax. The bedding in the rooms is exceptionally comfortable – a good night's sleep here will leave you feeling completely refreshed! The service is incredibly thoughtful and attentive; no matter what you need, they'll help you out, making you feel as warm and welcome as if you were at home. Step outside the inn and you can immediately experience the ancient town's unique charm and leisurely pace of life, making it perfect for a relaxing vacation and capturing some great photos! I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and immersive experience of Lijiang's culture!

This guesthouse has an amazing location, just a few minutes' walk from the Grand Water Wheel. The rooftop viewing platform offers stunning panoramic views of the entire ancient city. The owner was incredibly welcoming and even upgraded me to a room with a view for free! The breakfast, with rice noodles, eggs, and congee, was simple, clean, and delicious. Any questions I had throughout my stay were patiently answered by the front desk staff. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Lijiang.

This was the most satisfying and unexpected hotel of my Yunnan trip. They truly embodied the essence of Kerry, even exceeding my previous experiences with the brand. They perfectly catered to my exhaustion and fatigue, achieving the ultimate in service and design, blending lifestyle with convenience. From the moment I arrived at the hotel in the early morning, suffering from altitude sickness in Shangri-La, I was sleepy, tired, and had a terrible headache. The receptionist at the entrance warmly and enthusiastically welcomed me, patiently arranged my room in the early hours, and sincerely told me that if I needed oxygen, the hotel would provide it free of charge. In that situation and environment, I felt a warmth like that of family. I was surprised three times during my stay. The first surprise came on the way to my room by car, when I was awestruck by the hotel's night view. It was far more beautiful than what my camera could capture; only seeing it in person can convey the true feeling of the courtyard blending seamlessly with the mountains and forests. When I opened the door, I was amazed by the interior. It abandoned the traditional hotel layout, with the designer's vision integrating modernity and tradition. The lighting was just right, and nothing in the interior felt superfluous. That night was the best sleep I had throughout my entire trip. When I woke up in the morning and drew back the curtains, I realized the designer had transformed the mountains and space into a canvas and painted within it. Spending a week in the room felt like I myself was a stroke of rich ink. The hotel has many facilities for guests to enjoy. I literally spent the entire day after I woke up just soaking in the hotel. I experienced local roasted tea, tried wild matsutake mushrooms, took photos with alpacas and miniature horses, and simply drank tea, ate, and strolled around the hotel. Before I knew it, the day was over. The scenery is truly beautiful, and unfortunately, I am not eloquent enough to perfectly convey my story with this secluded gem, including the meticulous details of housekeeping and laundry service, which constantly remind you of their absolute dedication and heartwarming care. Some feelings and experiences are difficult to describe in words; you truly have to experience it yourself to understand their meticulousness, their attentiveness, and that kind of care like family and friends.
