"The staff here are incredibly welcoming and personable! We stayed for three days and two nights, and on our second day, we met some friends from the US. We all chatted together about how enthusiastic the guesthouse staff were, and how amazing the breakfast and afternoon tea spreads were! You can see the snow-capped mountains from both the rooms and the common areas! It's hard to believe this price includes so much – excellent value for money! I can totally understand why so many foreigners choose to stay here! During our three-day stay, we met people from Thailand, the US, and Russia. Usually, guesthouses don't include lunch or dinner, but during one of our afternoon tea sessions, we asked the staff, and they mentioned that if we needed it, we could just let them know in advance. It's a shame it rained during our visit; otherwise, the scenery would have been even more stunning! Due to the weather, we also asked the staff for advice on some of our activities. When we ran into issues buying tickets for Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, they proactively offered to help us sort it out. If you're a social butterfly, this place is highly recommended! You can strike up conversations during afternoon tea. At first, the staff seemed a bit reserved, and honestly, so were we, haha. From their perspective, they probably weren't sure if guests wanted to chat. So, if you're looking to connect, feel free to be a bit more proactive – we certainly got to know them better over afternoon tea!"

"Our stay at this hotel in Lijiang Old Town was truly memorable. From the moment we arrived, the host was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home after a long journey. The environment of the hotel is simply beautiful, with a charming building structure that blends perfectly with the traditional aesthetics of the old town. Every corner feels thoughtfully designed, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Location-wise, it couldn’t be more perfect. Being situated right within Lijiang Old Town made it easy for us to explore the surroundings, enjoy local food, and soak in the culture without needing to travel far. The room itself was comfortable, clean, and surprisingly spacious, giving us plenty of room to relax—especially important when traveling with family. Everything was well-maintained, making our stay smooth and enjoyable. Overall, this hotel is absolutely worth staying at, particularly for families traveling with young children or infants. It offers the right balance of comfort, convenience, and hospitality that makes a trip even more special."

"We had a lovely stay at this guesthouse in Lijiang. From the moment we arrived, the host was very welcoming and helpful, making the check-in process smooth and stress-free. The guesthouse itself was a unique experience for us. The property is beautifully designed with traditional local touches, giving us an authentic feel of Lijiang while still being comfortable and cozy. Staying here was one of the highlights of our trip. The host also helped us arrange transportation to Tiger Leaping Gorge. Unfortunately, the driver left before we could reach the vehicle, but this was completely beyond the guesthouse’s control. The host immediately tried to contact the driver and went above and beyond to help us resolve the situation, including assisting with the refund process. We really appreciated her efforts and support. Another great advantage is the location. The guesthouse is situated inside Lijiang Ancient Town, making it easy to explore the charming streets, shops, and atmosphere right from the doorstep. Overall, a wonderful stay with a beautiful property, excellent location, and a host who genuinely cares about her guests. Highly recommended!"

"Hygiene: Very clean. The bed, floor, and bathroom were spotless, and the room had no strange odors. The bathroom even has a fan/heater, so it's not cold, and there's plenty of hot water. Facilities: It has a shower, a smart toilet, and a projector (I didn't use it during my stay, so I'm not sure how good it is). There's also a kettle to boil hot water (useful if you're going to the snow mountains, though there's free hot water there too). The hairdryer works well, and the bath towels and regular towels are disposable, which is great. Environment: You can see the snow-capped mountains from the rooftop, and there are many flowers – wow, the environment is lovely. There's also a balcony on the middle floor, perfect for enjoying a drink on a windless and rainless evening. Service: After booking, a butler will call in advance to confirm details and provide some important information, which is excellent. They even helped with my luggage. Yes, very good and enthusiastic. Great service."

"The homestay is located near to pickup or dropping point. Very convenient for Didi or taxy. The distance between ancient town and homestay takes about 3-5 minutes depends on how quick you climb up or going down the stairs😬 The host also very kind and helpful when we asked to upgrade our room for a better view. Also he make sure to gave us tea every night. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will repeat here in the future🥳"

"The room was spacious, clean, and tidy. It had a viewing platform outside with a panoramic view of Lijiang Old Town. There was also a sofa, making it a super cozy and comfortable spot to relax. The hostess was lovely and kind-hearted, truly caring about her guests and providing a lot of helpful assistance. My stay here felt just like being at home – so warm and welcoming. I'll definitely be back!"
