We chose a family room, which was spacious enough for our whole family to relax comfortably without feeling cramped. If you're lucky in the morning, you can open the window and see the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. The guesthouse has its own observation deck, offering panoramic views of Lijiang Old Town's rooftops from upstairs. Watching the lights of the old town come on in the evening creates an incredible atmosphere. The service was exceptionally warm and thoughtful. As soon as we arrived at the entrance of the Old Town, staff came to help us with our luggage. The room had a gentle, modern Chinese wooden style, complemented by green plants, creating a soft and appealing look. There are many cozy corners in the common areas for relaxing and unwinding, and also plenty of fitness equipment. Breakfast was also plentiful, and enjoying it with the morning sun was truly comforting and refreshing. Highly recommended!

This hotel is a romantic miracle rising from the ruins of capitalism. The staff's mental state is a century ahead of contemporary workplaces; their 'liveliness' is off the charts, and they genuinely care about the services they provide. Even during the National Day Golden Week, a peak period for businesses to capitalize, they maintain an assertive 'you dare to ask, we dare to deliver' attitude, whether it's for food and drink provisions or recreational needs. Hotels in this region share the same auspicious feng shui of the land, and the snow mountain views are inherently stunning from all of them. But Shitoucuo (Stone House) takes aesthetics to the next level within its ecological niche! Feel free to take all the pictures you want at the hotel; every shot will leave you speechless. Nature is so beautiful, and your framing adds a touch of vibrancy to this world. To these wonderfully charming and enthusiastic staff members, I wish you all the best and a life of ease. You can drive right up to the entrance, which makes getting around very convenient. The room was spacious, providing a comfortable and roomy stay. The guesthouse owner and staff were excellent in their service, very responsive, and attentive. The breakfast was delicious, and the overall environment was quiet and pleasant. It was a great experience, and I'd definitely come back if I have the chance.

The room was very clean, and the host was super friendly and helpful with luggage. There's also a Samoyed named Mitsu who is incredibly friendly; my kids absolutely adored her and couldn't bear to leave. The dog was very clean and well-behaved. Overall, the guesthouse was very quiet.

This hotel experience was absolutely fantastic! The service was so warm and welcoming, it felt like coming home. Someone helped with my luggage when I checked in, and whenever I left, the staff would ask where I was going and give really practical advice. Their attitude was unbelievably good. The location is convenient, and the room facilities are complete. Even the alpacas in the garden are super cute and not afraid of people! I'm just a bit annoyed that the peacocks didn't spread their tails. Overall, the experience was excellent! Highly recommend giving it a try!

I booked this hotel specifically for the rooftop terrace, hoping to see the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain view. Unfortunately, the weather didn't cooperate. It was foggy during my entire stay, and I couldn't see any of the snow mountain. 😨 The room itself was very quiet. However, since the hotel is located within a residential building, walking down the corridor, you can pretty much see everything happening in the neighboring apartments. The hotel's amenities and services were quite good. During my stay, I was able to enjoy the Thangka (******* painting) display and afternoon tea. However, the breakfast selection wasn't very extensive, and the staff management wasn't great either. There wasn't a dedicated person to confirm room numbers. The young man cooking noodles was asking guests for their room numbers while preparing their food.

Attracted by the Song Dynasty aesthetic of the courtyard, I booked this guesthouse, and it truly didn't disappoint. The courtyard boasts an elegant and rustic charm, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the rooftop terrace offers panoramic views of the ancient city. It's picturesque enough to get great photos just within the guesthouse itself. Its location near the north gate of the ancient city is super convenient, close to popular spots for photos like Da Shi Qiao (Great Stone Bridge), the Paper Umbrella Street, the Great Waterwheel, and Sifang Street. The guesthouse owner was incredibly nice, even helping us book a table at a popular internet-famous restaurant and recommending a great little bar. We stayed for two nights, and they provided airport/station pickup. Upon arrival at the ancient city entrance, there was someone with a cart to help transport our luggage, and they even carried it upstairs for us. Our two-day stay was truly hassle-free and comfortable. This is definitely the right choice for a family trip.

Staying in the Jacuzzi Villa was an absolute delight! The Naxi-style courtyard was elegant and peaceful, and the private, temperature-controlled Jacuzzi was clean and comfortable. Soaking under the stars at night melted away all my travel fatigue. I must commend Elin, our butler, for her outstanding service. From coordinating before our arrival to her attentive care during our stay, she was always quick to respond to any needs. She was thoughtful and professional, never intrusive, which truly enhanced the relaxing vacation vibe. The facilities were excellent, and the service was an added bonus – a perfect Lijiang getaway! Highly recommended!

This hotel's location is absolutely unbeatable! Situated right near Baisha Ancient Town and at the foot of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, it boasts a prime, front-row view of the mountain. With unspoiled agricultural land in front, the panoramic views are completely unobstructed. You can soak in the majestic snow-capped peaks right from your room, and even witness the breathtaking 'Golden Mountain in the Sunlight' spectacle from your bed. The ambiance and viewing experience were incredible, making this the most delightful stay of our Lijiang trip. The service was incredibly thoughtful and attentive. As we stayed for two nights, the hotel kindly arranged airport transfers, making everything seamless and stress-free. They also provided daily shuttle service to and from Baisha Ancient Town, which was super convenient for exploring and saved us the hassle of driving or finding taxis. Beyond that, the hotel offered immersive Naxi cultural experiences like tea pressing and 'Jiama' woodblock printing, which allowed us to truly delve into local customs and added so much richness and fun to our journey. The staff were consistently warm and attentive throughout our stay. They greeted us cheerfully, patiently recommended local specialty foods and off-the-beaten-path routes, and all their suggestions were incredibly useful. During downtime, they'd even invite guests to gather downstairs for tea and a chat. Their genuine and heartfelt approach made us feel completely at ease and welcome, as if we were visiting our own backyard. Their meticulous care and concern were evident in every interaction, truly making us feel at home. The guest rooms were spacious, and the amenities were comprehensive and well-equipped with everything you could need, ensuring a very comfortable stay. The combination of the unparalleled scenic views and outstanding soft and hard services far exceeded our expectations. Whether you're looking for a relaxing vacation or an immersive Lijiang experience, I highly recommend it. This will definitely be my top choice for accommodation on my next visit to Lijiang!

When my mother agreed to visit Lijiang with me, I browsed many hotels in Trip.com and sorted out this hotel out of many hotels with good reviews without knowing beforehanded that this will fulfill my satisfaction to the most. Before we got there, I contacted the hotel if it is comfortable for my mom to stay there because she is 88 years old and need to use wheelchair. After that they made up a wechat group to facilitate us. The staff who took care of us , xiao juan , helped us with the trip plan, escorted us to the ancient town of Dayan and Shuhe ,lead us to understand the town of Baisha and helped us with everything we need. She shows her emphaty to people with everthing she does.All the staffs there are young , polite and friendly. The location of the hotel is very suitable for exploring the ancient town of Baisha. The view of the snow mountain can be seen from the inner garden and more clearly from the third floor of the hotel.The room is comfortable with good quality bedsheet , blanket , towels and the heating floor. The breakfast is adequate with a set of chinese small dishes together with a choice of boiled rice or noodles. They provide free coffee all day with daily afternoon tea set and late night sweet soup and plum wine. I feel like I have nothing to ask more and wish to express my gratitude to all the staffs here. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to all who need to receive impressive service from these lovely staffs.
