GGuest UserWhat a pleasant surprise. This small boutique hotel checked all of our boxes. Comfortable room, nice breakfast, helpful staff and to top it all off the owner spoke very good English. It is located not too deep into the alleys of the ancient town, so it is easy to walk out to the main road. The ambiance was perfect with the quiet courtyard and the breakfast/tea house providing a nice respite from the crowds and busyness of the ancient town. We would definitely book again if we were to be in Lijiang.

GGuest UserI absolutely loved this guesthouse! It totally saved my entire Lijiang trip! I had an upset stomach from Xishuangbanna and then experienced some mild altitude sickness in Lijiang, making me feel incredibly uncomfortable. Thankfully, this guesthouse was warm and cozy, with clean and tidy rooms that had no strange odors. The bedding was comfortable, allowing me to get a great night's sleep every evening. The room also provided many Lijiang specialties, fruits, and snacks. The owners even brought us some toasted bread slices when they found out my friend and I had gastroenteritis. The garden and the small rooftop terrace were beautifully decorated with lots of succulents, making them perfect for photos! The cats and dogs were all clean, quiet, and very friendly; a little dog would come and lie next to me when I sat in the lobby. 😍😍😍 I've already recommended this guesthouse to all my friends. I hope the owners' business thrives, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Lijiang!

GGuest UserThe room was very clean, and the guesthouse itself was beautiful with a lovely small courtyard and a big dog. It's also kid-friendly! You can see Jade Dragon Snow Mountain from the hotel, and if the weather is good, you can even catch the 'golden mountain' sunrise right from the entrance. It's super quiet at night, and you can see so many stars ✨. It's just a short walk to Baisha Old Town, so getting around is very convenient, and it's close to all the attractions. The staff were also really nice. I truly love Lijiang; the pace of life is so relaxed. I'll definitely be back for a longer stay next time!

I had a wonderful experience during my recent stay at Liqiang. From the moment I arrived, the level of service exceeded my expectations.
The highlight of my visit was the exceptional hospitality provided by our host, Mr. Sing, who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. He was incredibly caring and attentive throughout our stay, taking the time to help arrange our itinerary and providing valuable local insights.
Mr. Sing's assistance was invaluable - he personally helped us with our luggage from the main entrance all the way up to the hotel, which we greatly appreciated. His local knowledge really enhanced our trip, as he introduced us to excellent dining options and guided us to the best shopping areas in the vicinity.
The genuine care and attention to detail shown by our host Mr. Sing made our stay not just comfortable, but truly memorable. I would highly recommend Liqiang to anyone looking for a place that combines good accommodations with outstanding personal service.

Since the hotel is located within the ancient city, they contacted us early to pick us up, making sure we wouldn't get lost. After checking in, we were offered snacks, and in the evening, a sleep-inducing soup. They also provided us with travel tips and helpful advice on what to avoid. Overall, I highly recommend this place.

GGuest UserYIYUN hotel was the best hotel that I ever had in my china trip so far. Clean and cozy design with beautiful wood art. They gave me free tea and flower cake which was very delicious. In the corridor there was a lot of area to sit and have tea. Because I have been for 3 days they grant me a free transport to lijiang train station which makes my journey easier. The blankets was very clean. This Orel is very near the ancient city which you just need to walk few minutes to reach to so many beautiful places recommend by them. Overall I can say I enjoyed and I recommend it to who needs good quality and price is very reasonable.

The location is fantastic, very easy to find with convenient transportation and plenty of amenities nearby. It’s quiet despite being in a bustling area, so we had undisturbed sleep every night. Upon entering, we were impressed by how clean and tidy everything was. The room was spotless, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the toiletries were comprehensive and of good quality. The room was bright and airy with a cozy layout; you could really tell the host put a lot of thought into every detail. The staff member (little brother) was incredibly warm and attentive. He proactively contacted us beforehand with check-in instructions, responded instantly to any questions, and even thoughtfully prepared a local travel guide – it made us feel so welcome and at ease. The common areas were clean and elegant, with fully functional facilities, stable Wi-Fi, and ample hot water, making for an excellent overall living experience. The decor was simple yet stylish, perfect for both photos and relaxation. The value for money is outstanding; it’s far more comfortable than hotels in the same price range, offering a genuine home-away-from-home feeling. I highly recommend it for friends traveling together, couples on vacation, or families looking for a short stay. I’ll definitely choose this place again next time and have already recommended it to my friends. It's genuinely worth staying here!

GGuest UserThe room facing the street was quite quiet, which was nice. The front desk has a coffee machine, and you can ask the staff to prepare drinks for you as needed.
The front desk staff was very enthusiastic and proactively offered us travel advice. Parking allows one exit within a 24-hour period, so plan your outings accordingly.
It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the Old Town Windmill, maybe because I walk a bit slowly, but it's definitely not just a few minutes away.
The room is equipped with smart home features, and the quality of items like tissues is quite good, showing that the owner has high standards for the amenities provided.

Check-in was super fast, with absolutely no annoying waiting. The room was incredibly spacious, decorated warmly and comfortably, and the bedding was soft and skin-friendly. I slept soundly and woke up feeling refreshed. The room was spotless, and the bathroom had no strange odors, showing that the cleaning was meticulously done. You can even enjoy tea, chat, play cards, and drink with the owner. It's perfect for a trip with friends. CChitrlada HarnWhen my mother agreed to visit Lijiang with me, I browsed many hotels in Trip.com and sorted out this hotel out of many hotels with good reviews without knowing beforehanded that this will fulfill my satisfaction to the most. Before we got there, I contacted the hotel if it is comfortable for my mom to stay there because she is 88 years old and need to use wheelchair. After that they made up a wechat group to facilitate us. The staff who took care of us , xiao juan , helped us with the trip plan, escorted us to the ancient town of Dayan and Shuhe ,lead us to understand the town of Baisha and helped us with everything we need. She shows her emphaty to people with everthing she does.All the staffs there are young , polite and friendly. The location of the hotel is very suitable for exploring the ancient town of Baisha. The view of the snow mountain can be seen from the inner garden and more clearly from the third floor of the hotel.The room is comfortable with good quality bedsheet , blanket , towels and the heating floor. The breakfast is adequate with a set of chinese small dishes together with a choice of boiled rice or noodles. They provide free coffee all day with daily afternoon tea set and late night sweet soup and plum wine. I feel like I have nothing to ask more and wish to express my gratitude to all the staffs here. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to all who need to receive impressive service from these lovely staffs.
