GGuest UserStaying three nights at this snow mountain view B&B was hands down the best decision of our trip! Five stars, no doubt 🌟. The service was incredibly attentive; right from booking, we felt the owner's warmth. Not only did it include free transfers to nearby attractions, but the driver was punctual every day, helped with our luggage, and completely took the stress out of transportation – super convenient. The B&B itself was a pleasant surprise too. The whole-house smart system was sophisticated and convenient, with voice control for lights, AC, and curtains. In the morning, I just had to say, 'open curtains' from bed, and the majestic snow-capped mountains appeared unobstructed before my eyes. At night, it automatically adjusted to sleep-aid mode – the blend of technology and nature was absolutely brilliant. What truly captivated me was the ever-changing scenery. In the early morning, the 'Golden Mountain' phenomenon painted the snow peaks with a golden glow, a truly breathtaking sight. In the evening, the sunset's fiery clouds colored the sky like a vibrant oil painting. On the afternoon of our third day, after a brief shower, a huge rainbow arched across the mountains, and we couldn't help but cheer. These three days, from dawn to dusk, every window offered a living landscape. Even better, the value for money was excellent; for such a premium view and service, the price was very affordable. I've already recommended it to all my friends and will definitely bring my family back next time. It far exceeded all expectations!

GGuest UserTook my mom out for a trip and saw Aling's live stream on Douyin. She came across as very practical, genuine, and unpretentious, so we decided to stay for a few days. Overall, it was a really good experience. As soon as you enter the courtyard, there's a water feature with koi fish, which gives a vibrant and lively feel. The two young men working there were incredibly attentive and patient in answering our questions, and their demeanor was very refined. We also had the good fortune to meet a compatible travel couple, Sister Liu and her husband, at Aling's place. It felt like such a serendipitous encounter for people from the north and south to meet here. In the evening, we gathered in Aling's courtyard to chat, drink tea, and share our travel experiences. It was truly delightful. Thank you, Aling, for bringing us all together!

GGuest UserThe staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They confirmed my check-in details and the hotel's location in advance. Upon arrival, they immediately offered to help with my luggage and even assisted with purchasing tickets for the Song Dynasty City show (I didn't realize discounted tickets needed to be bought a day in advance, but the hotel managed to get them for me). They were consistently warm and welcoming whenever I saw them.
The breakfast was plentiful and, more importantly, delicious, with a fantastic view from the restaurant.
The room was spacious and modern, featuring a double vanity and a large dressing mirror, perfect for two women to get ready simultaneously. My friend was extremely pleased.
Initially, I was a bit worried based on some user-uploaded photos on Amap, but thankfully, the hotel's photos on Trip.com were accurate and trustworthy, not misleading. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

GGuest UserI used to stay in hotels, but this time, wanting to better experience the local culture in Lijiang Old Town, I chose a guesthouse. From the moment we checked in, the owner, like a friend, brewed us tea and offered us flower cakes and dried beef. As soon as we entered our room, the daily afternoon tea set arrived: tiramisu tarts made with real cream, fresh and crisp strawberries and blueberries, and freshly cut cantaloupe and watermelon. I'm very sensitive to smells, and the room's air freshener and toiletries had a scent similar to Le Labo, which was lovely. The room offered great views of the snow-capped mountains. The guesthouse's location on the main street was perfect – lively but quiet. Even as a light sleeper, I was never disturbed by the street noise. Whenever I stayed elsewhere in Yunnan, I unconsciously compared it to this place. This guesthouse is truly my 'white moonlight' in Yunnan, and I'll never consider another option when I come to Lijiang again. Many thanks to the manager for the pick-up, help with luggage, and recommendations for various local specialty restaurants, and to the owner for her warm hospitality and sophisticated taste. The guesthouse serves breakfast; the auntie's rice noodles were generously topped, and the owner's cat, Aobai, is both cute and sassy :)

I had a wonderful experience during my recent stay at Liqiang. From the moment I arrived, the level of service exceeded my expectations.
The highlight of my visit was the exceptional hospitality provided by our host, Mr. Sing, who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. He was incredibly caring and attentive throughout our stay, taking the time to help arrange our itinerary and providing valuable local insights.
Mr. Sing's assistance was invaluable - he personally helped us with our luggage from the main entrance all the way up to the hotel, which we greatly appreciated. His local knowledge really enhanced our trip, as he introduced us to excellent dining options and guided us to the best shopping areas in the vicinity.
The genuine care and attention to detail shown by our host Mr. Sing made our stay not just comfortable, but truly memorable. I would highly recommend Liqiang to anyone looking for a place that combines good accommodations with outstanding personal service.

GGuest UserThe B&B is conveniently located right inside Lijiang Old Town. When we were close to arriving, the owner came out to help us with our luggage – truly excellent service! What really surprised me was that on our check-out day, as we had an early high-speed train and would miss breakfast, the owner actually bought us milk and bread the night before and delivered it to our room. That's going above and beyond! I highly recommend staying here. It's great value for money, and they even arrange a driver to take you to the station on your check-out day. Highly, highly recommend!

Cccl3monAs a solo traveler, this was my first trip to Lijiang. Shortly after I made my booking, the inn reached out to confirm my arrival details and arranged a train station pickup. When I arrived, I was pleasantly surprised to learn that my room had been upgraded. I initially booked a larger room for my last night, but they kindly upgraded my entire stay to that room so I wouldn’t have to move my belongings.
Location: The inn is right in Lijiang Old Town, which is a super popular spot for Chinese tourists. I didn’t go during peak season, but even then it felt a bit overwhelming at times. When I arrived, my luggage was transferred onto a little tricycle cart to be brought to the inn. It’s very easy to get lost in the maze of small streets, so I’d recommend downloading AMap before you arrive and saving the inn’s location to make getting around easier. If you’re heading outside the Old Town, you can just walk to the main road near the InterContinental Hotel to catch a taxi.
Room: The room is really spacious and cozy, and they’ve thought of pretty much everything—from a free snack bar and full bathroom amenities to even earplugs. They also welcomed me with a fruit basket when I arrived, which was such a nice touch. The bathroom is big, with both a shower and a huge bathtub, plus a smart toilet with a heated seat. My room faced the street, so it can get a bit noisy in the evening. It didn’t bother me since I fall asleep pretty easily, but if you’re a light sleeper, they’ve got earplugs ready. Or you can go for a room facing the inner courtyard, which should be much quieter.
The Inn & Service: The inn has a beautiful rooftop where you can see Yulong Mountain on a clear day. I was lucky to have great weather the entire time, so I ended up going up there every morning just to enjoy the view. If you love plants (especially succulents), you’ll love this place, they’re everywhere and so well taken care of. Another highlight for me was the cute dogs and cats around the inn. If you’re an animal lover, this is definitely a bonus.
They also serve a Chinese-style breakfast, and the rice noodles were honestly so good. Everyone at the inn is incredibly friendly and helpful, they really go above and beyond, from recommending local restaurants and tea houses to suggesting places to visit.
They don’t speak English, but it wasn’t an issue at all. We just used WeChat to communicate. I’d definitely recommend downloading it before coming to China, you’ll use it a lot, not just for chatting but also for payments (along with Alipay).
Overall, I can’t recommend Floral Hotel enough. The service was amazing, and I’d absolutely stay here again.

GGuest UserThe room facing the street was quite quiet, which was nice. The front desk has a coffee machine, and you can ask the staff to prepare drinks for you as needed.
The front desk staff was very enthusiastic and proactively offered us travel advice. Parking allows one exit within a 24-hour period, so plan your outings accordingly.
It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the Old Town Windmill, maybe because I walk a bit slowly, but it's definitely not just a few minutes away.
The room is equipped with smart home features, and the quality of items like tissues is quite good, showing that the owner has high standards for the amenities provided.

Check-in was super fast, with absolutely no annoying waiting. The room was incredibly spacious, decorated warmly and comfortably, and the bedding was soft and skin-friendly. I slept soundly and woke up feeling refreshed. The room was spotless, and the bathroom had no strange odors, showing that the cleaning was meticulously done. You can even enjoy tea, chat, play cards, and drink with the owner. It's perfect for a trip with friends. CChitrlada HarnWhen my mother agreed to visit Lijiang with me, I browsed many hotels in Trip.com and sorted out this hotel out of many hotels with good reviews without knowing beforehanded that this will fulfill my satisfaction to the most. Before we got there, I contacted the hotel if it is comfortable for my mom to stay there because she is 88 years old and need to use wheelchair. After that they made up a wechat group to facilitate us. The staff who took care of us , xiao juan , helped us with the trip plan, escorted us to the ancient town of Dayan and Shuhe ,lead us to understand the town of Baisha and helped us with everything we need. She shows her emphaty to people with everthing she does.All the staffs there are young , polite and friendly. The location of the hotel is very suitable for exploring the ancient town of Baisha. The view of the snow mountain can be seen from the inner garden and more clearly from the third floor of the hotel.The room is comfortable with good quality bedsheet , blanket , towels and the heating floor. The breakfast is adequate with a set of chinese small dishes together with a choice of boiled rice or noodles. They provide free coffee all day with daily afternoon tea set and late night sweet soup and plum wine. I feel like I have nothing to ask more and wish to express my gratitude to all the staffs here. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to all who need to receive impressive service from these lovely staffs.
