GGuest UserThe B&B is located in a villa complex. The main gate is a five-minute walk from the South Gate of Shuhe Ancient Town, and the location is accurate. You can park your car right in front of the B&B. There's also a back gate in the complex, and once you exit, the East Gate of Shuhe Ancient Town is just across the road.
Service: The owner was incredibly warm and friendly, offering tips and advice for sightseeing, just like family. The auntie's mixed sauce rice noodles were delicious and everything was clean and hygienic. Highly recommend!

GGuest UserThe host is a middle-aged lady who speaks softly and is very considerate. She will contact you in advance to let you know the check-in time to avoid being away from the hotel. She will also give you some general tips on how to avoid pitfalls in Lugu Lake. She is a bit of a clean freak, so both the public area and the room are kept very clean.

ZZiyoulvxingdesensenI highly recommend this hostel for solo travelers visiting Lijiang. If you're too tired to trek to Jade Dragon Snow Mountain for sunrise, you can climb a ladder from the balcony to the rooftop in the morning to catch the ”Golden Mountain in the Sun” – no need to go all the way there and back, haha! It's super close to the Old Town, less than 1 km away, so it's perfect for an evening stroll. If you have some free time, you can also head to Black Dragon Pool for another stunning view of the sunrise on the mountain. This hostel feels like it's the closest one to Black Dragon Pool Park, which is free and gets quite busy in the mornings. The hostel owner is a great guy; he's always ready to help with any requests. You'll often see him cleaning rooms and tidying the courtyard during the day – he's really meticulous about cleanliness. The balcony is huge, perfect for sunbathing. I noticed all the sheets and duvet covers were drying, so each bed definitely gets fresh linens 😂. I had such a good stay that I extended for several days. I'll definitely be back next time!

GGuest UserDuring the Chinese New Year, when everything else was exorbitantly priced, they stuck to their principles, offering very affordable rates. The atmosphere was great, making it perfect for backpackers, students, and solo travelers. It's easy to meet new people here. Ideal for budget travel, short trips, saving money, and those who enjoy a lively environment. Not only is the setting good, but the owner is incredibly warm and welcoming. As soon as I arrived with my heavy luggage, he came out to greet me. After checking in, he even helped me carry my bags to my dorm room – super friendly! If you prefer peace and quiet, head up to the small bar on the rooftop. It's a common area that's usually pretty empty, but you can catch a stunning view of the 'sun-kissed golden mountains' (sunrise over snow-capped peaks). The scenery is also beautiful, and they have two adorable cats – one is a bit greedy, and the other is nice and plump, hehehe. There's another common area with plenty of gym equipment you can use freely. Plus, you can leave your mark on the wall upstairs, which feels really meaningful! 😜

- location: near to lijiang ancient city southern gate (5 mins walk), bua stop, shops, laundry etc
- hospitality 5 ⭐️: they go out of their way to accomodate
- bbq night: they will held a bbq every night for travellers

AAlice Kang88The location is near to HuTuWo farm which is walkable 15 mins, it's about 40 mins +- if you take a taxi from LiJiang Ancient to BaiSha Ancient Town.
We enjoy the famous local speciality - rose bun by ManTou Shiren and XiaoLongBao and GuanTangBao nearby.
This hostel is located at BaiSha Ancient Town which have a perfect scenery view for Jade Dragon Snow Mountain.
But too bad there is bad weather when we arrive there so we couldnot have a clear view but we do enjoy the stay there.
But outside the room is open living area with many trees and we found out small insect appear in our room that cause us very scary and could not sleep well but the PIC did come to help and take off the insect after non-stop several calls at 10.30pm 😬

GGuest UserI went for it for the price, but still some lacking things surprised me. The bed was hard, the walls in the room were mostly dirty and stained from both human use and mosquito splatters. There was rarely someone available for inquiries and the outside toilet was a big downside, since it was quite cold, especially at night. Having a kitchen to use was definitely a plus and the rooftop areas were pretty nice, although messy. I was sad to see all the animal they have spend the whole day caged or chained 😔

ZZhedaoshamadewangI traveled to Lijiang alone. I stayed at the backpacker ten years on the first day. The backpacker room was too noisy at night. The door made a loud noise when entering and exiting. I didn't sleep all night. I moved to K2 the next day. I felt very comfortable as soon as I entered the courtyard. It was very quiet at night. The scenery was very good. The bed in the lobby was very comfortable, especially on rainy days. There were also a few cute cats. Moreover, the key was that the cost performance was very high. I have lived here for a week. It is good. I highly recommend it.

GGuest UserThe transportation is very convenient. The aunt is a know-it-all and very helpful! You can ask her about food and entertainment (avoid many pitfalls). Bokebi is also cute. When you have nothing to do, you can play with the dog in the youth hostel and exercise. It's great!
