No need to go out and jostle for views at tourist spots; you can capture stunning scenes right from the hotel. Quietly nestled amidst the bustle, and very close to the ancient city's streets. After exploring the old town, return to this flower-filled courtyard, sip coffee, and take in the scenery. This is the relaxed vibe a Lijiang vacation should have.

I spent a lot of time searching for the perfect accommodation, and I’m so glad I did — because this place exceeded all my expectations. The location and the view are simply unbeatable. From the hotel, you get a breathtaking panoramic view over Lijiang Old Town and Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. Honestly, I don’t think you could ask for a better view. It’s the kind of scenery where you can take beautiful photos without even having to leave the hotel. Even the charming little slope right in front of the entrance is already a perfect photo spot. The location is also extremely convenient. It’s very easy to get a taxi, and you can quickly reach the main roads to go shopping, explore other parts of Lijiang, or travel to the airport and train station. The owner was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful, always making sure everything was comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, and the whole stay was genuinely wonderful from beginning to end. For me, this was a 10-star experience on my first trip to Lijiang. And considering the very reasonable price for such an exceptional location, view, service, and overall quality, I can wholeheartedly recommend staying here. If you’re coming to Lijiang, don’t hesitate — book this place. You won’t regret it. ❤️

Nestled just off the main road at the entrance to Yuhu Village, Baolin Homestay surprisingly keeps a perfect distance from the hustle and bustle. Stepping into the courtyard, you instantly grasp the true meaning of 'tranquility in the midst of noise': outside, you hear the clip-clop of horse hooves and the chatter of tourists, while inside, only the rustling of leaves in the wind and the distant whisper of snow-capped mountains can be heard. Right outside is the village's main street, with cafes and restaurants just a few minutes' walk away. Turning right leads directly to the path down the mountain and open fields, incredibly convenient for hiking or horse riding. The courtyard layout is particularly delightful. We stayed in a private Loft-style courtyard, with a balcony on the first floor where two rattan chairs offer views of dark grey eaves and a patch of blue sky. The second floor features another small terrace with mountain views. The two levels are independent and offer excellent sound insulation. The room's decor combines raw wood and stone for a rustic feel, the bedding is soft, and the hot water is fast and consistent. The room rate includes a simple dinner for two, and the chef's cooking is excellent – a plate of local cured pork stir-fried with mushrooms, savory and imbued with a wild, earthy flavor; the stir-fried seasonal vegetables were crisp, tender, and sweet, leaving us thoroughly satisfied. Breakfast was plentiful, with hot congee, rice noodles, and side dishes, setting a great mood for the day. The front desk lady is the heart and soul of this place. Meticulous, diligent, and thoughtful, she brought us a warm, sweet dessert soup every evening that warmed us to our fingertips. Her drinks are never perfunctory, whether it's freshly ground coffee or ginger-date milk tea, all made with genuine care. The three little cats are the lively treasures of the courtyard, bringing the whole place to life. Our three days at Baolin were not luxurious, but everything was perfectly arranged; not ostentatious, yet unforgettable. This stone-walled courtyard in Yuhu Village – it will gently embrace you with a warm meal, a comforting drink, and a quiet night.

Great stay and excellent service! The hotel arranged a pick-up from lijiang for us, which was very convenient. They even created a WeChat group to make communication easier and ensure we were connected with the hotel staff. The hotel is also conveniently located near Lijiang Old Town, making it easy to explore the area. We were upgraded to a better room, which was a really nice surprise. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. There was a small issue with a smell from the carpet in the room, but the staff responded quickly and removed it immediately. I also had some problems using the ******* app, and the staff were kind enough to guide me through it step by step. Really appreciated their patience and willingness to help. The only downside was that the Wi-Fi was quite slow. Other than that, everything was great. Overall, a very pleasant stay with wonderful and helpful staff. Would definitely consider staying here again!

Located next to Heilongtan Park, the biggest surprise was its 'tranquil yet central' location. You can reach the park in just a few minutes, and the Old Town is about a ten-minute walk. This allows you to easily immerse yourself in the bustling atmosphere whenever you like, then retreat to a peaceful environment. The room's balcony was a great bonus. The hosts were generally warm and welcoming, with thoughtful touches like airport pick-up, tea service, and afternoon tea. Minor drawbacks included the narrow alley making parking a bit tricky, and during summer, there was no snow on the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, plus finding a taxi around the Old Town was difficult. Overall, the value for money is better than staying right in the heart of the Old Town, making it perfect for a leisurely trip to Lijiang. We never wanted to leave the guesthouse each day. Finally, a complaint about Trip.com: the same room type was nearly 200 yuan more expensive than on Qunar, which felt like a lot of wasted money! Aren't they part of the same platform company? I'd really like to hear an explanation from Trip.com customer service.

Location: Just a 300-meter walk to Baisha Old Town, with a shuttle service to the town provided. The guesthouse is surrounded by vast, charming rural farmland and picturesque scenery. Facilities: The family suite features panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows, smart home appliances, and high-quality, clean bedding. It also includes a scenic bathtub. Services: 24-hour butler service, complimentary breakfast and afternoon tea upon check-in, and local souvenirs upon departure. Guests can also experience unique wilderness activities. Special Features: The guesthouse is home to many cats, dogs, white rabbits, and geese, making it very pet-friendly.

Yunman Mushanxue Resort Courtyard boasts an excellent location, very close to the Grand Water Wheel and Sifang Street, and just over 100 meters from the Lijiang Eye viewpoint in the Old Town. The hotel's afternoon tea ceremony is absolutely top-notch, and the viewing platform on the third floor is also fantastic, offering views of the snow-capped mountains and Lion Mountain. Brother Weisen's itinerary suggestions and recommendations for nearby attractions were all excellent – we didn't encounter any tourist traps. We'll definitely be back to stay here again.

There was no sense of being in a foreign land. The room's decor was simple yet sophisticated, with excellent amenities, comfortable bedding, and a spacious, bright feel. The floor-to-ceiling window was simply amazing; opening it revealed the ancient town's tiled rooftops, with fluffy clouds overhead and layer upon layer of distant mountains. The sunrise and sunset views were picture-perfect. Sitting by the window, quietly zoning out, I felt completely relaxed. The environment was quiet and peaceful, not noisy at all. Its location right next to Mu's Residence made it incredibly convenient, whether I was heading out to explore or returning to the guesthouse to rest. My solo journey felt perfectly placed here, with no sense of strangeness, only comfort and peace of mind. If I ever return to this area, I would undoubtedly choose this place again. I genuinely recommend it to anyone planning a trip to Lijiang Old Town.

You can soak in the majestic snow-capped peaks right from your room, and even witness the breathtaking 'Golden Mountain in the Sunlight' spectacle from your bed. The ambiance and viewing experience were incredible, making this the most delightful stay of our Lijiang trip. The service was incredibly thoughtful and attentive. As we stayed for two nights, the hotel kindly arranged airport transfers, making everything seamless and stress-free. They also provided daily shuttle service to and from Baisha Ancient Town, which was super convenient for exploring and saved us the hassle of driving or finding taxis. Beyond that, the hotel offered immersive Naxi cultural experiences like tea pressing and 'Jiama' woodblock printing, which allowed us to truly delve into local customs and added so much richness and fun to our journey. The staff were consistently warm and attentive throughout our stay. They greeted us cheerfully, patiently recommended local specialty foods and off-the-beaten-path routes, and all their suggestions were incredibly useful. During downtime, they'd even invite guests to gather downstairs for tea and a chat. Their genuine and heartfelt approach made us feel completely at ease and welcome, as if we were visiting our own backyard. Their meticulous care and concern were evident in every interaction, truly making us feel at home. The guest rooms were spacious, and the amenities were comprehensive and well-equipped with everything you could need, ensuring a very comfortable stay. The combination of the unparalleled scenic views and outstanding soft and hard services far exceeded our expectations. Whether you're looking for a relaxing vacation or an immersive Lijiang experience, I highly recommend it. This will definitely be my top choice for accommodation on my next visit to Lijiang!
