Very modern designed rooms and free amenities like self service laundry and all day grounded coffee machine.

Manage to check in upon arrival even is not official check in time yet. Location is near to Walmart. The self service laundromat is great .

Beautiful and new hotel with good amenities.

The hotel is very clean and has its own parking lot. No matter how late you come back, there will be staff to help coordinate parking spaces. The front desk service is very good. I originally planned to stay for only one night, but I extended it for two more nights.

We stayed for two nights. Since we had to go to see the snow-capped mountains early the next morning, we couldn't have breakfast. The hotel staff was very considerate and prepared a takeaway breakfast for us in advance. The room was well equipped with water. Since I am a light sleeper, they prepared a quiet room for us if there was a vacant room.

On my last day in Lijiang, I wanted to stay in a chain hotel with a better environment, so I chose Ji Hotel. The room was really big and equipped with smart home appliances. The toilet was also smart. When I checked out, the lady at the front desk even gave me a thoughtful gift.

The most disgusting time was when I booked two rooms on the platform, each with one breakfast. When I arrived, they told me that this was one order. One order includes one breakfast for several rooms, and it is calculated by the order, not by the number of rooms. My mind was a little buzzing after hearing this. It is impossible to figure out this logic without a few years of experience. I wondered if Ctrip was so deceptive. I originally booked two rooms, and when I checked in, I saw the price and found that I had spent 100 yuan more. But they still deducted one breakfast from me, and I didn’t care about it anymore. I checked in, and when I got to the room, I opened the booking details. It clearly stated two rooms and two breakfasts. I went to the front desk again, and a freckled receptionist smiled strangely and said that if you want to eat, she can add it. I was really *, she said it as if I asked for breakfast without spending any money.

The service was very considerate. The front desk upgraded the room type. The front desk lady also helped to dry the clothes when we washed them in the middle of the night. However, there is still a lot of room for improvement in the sanitary conditions. After reporting to the management and Ctrip, we also received feedback. However, before receiving the feedback, we also felt the attitude and negative feedback of Lijiang 12315 and Ctrip.

When I came to Lijiang, my wife had high requirements for hotels. I specially found this All Seasons Hotel (renovated in 2023) because of its convenient transportation, food on the roadside, and most importantly, the only Walmart in Lijiang, where you can buy anything. The front desk service is really great. They helped us upgrade to a business king room. I really love it 😍...

The hotel is located near the ancient city commercial street. It is not far from the ancient city and it is very convenient because it is a mature business district. It is very convenient to buy things and order takeout. The room is very clean and tidy. I like the smell of their home very much. It smells very reassuring. The hotel is also very smart and convenient to live in. The staff are also very enthusiastic and the service is very thoughtful. It was a very good stay experience

Family trips are basically all about the season. This Lijiang Xianghe store is very good. The rooms are large, the facilities are new, and the service is good. It is much easier to take care of the kids. The upper floors can overlook the snow-capped mountains. It has free parking and is very friendly for self-driving. The breakfast is also good. It is worth a five-star recommendation

The room was very clean and odorless, but the hot and cold water were uneven when taking a shower, so be careful if you stay here! The child got scalded, but the manager and Ctrip were very concerned about whether we got scalded, and their attitude was very good!
