Probably the best B&B I’ve ever stayed in the world. We are currently staying in a 5* hotel in Beijing and my mom said the she likes the guesthouse in Lijiang much more (and I agree). We particularly love the mini washing machine in the room, so functional and convenient. 十三少 is a warm hearted host who will take care and watch out for you. I’ll come back!

Me and friends chose this guest house as our last stay in Lijiang. We just came back from our Shangrila and Yading trip. We fell in love with the place. We should’ve stay for more days here. The room is perfect. They have everything you need. The bathtub, washing machine, comfortable bed even give you breakfast and fruits. The owner is really really nice and very down to earth. One of the brother (big brother) also very funny, will always give you his biggest smile. His laugh is indeed contagious. Even though we only stay for one night, the service is really top notch. They will help with your luggage when you are check in and out. I highly recommend this stay for foreigner like us, because the brothers are really nicest people that I know in Lijiang. They are very genuine and kind. They also run a tea shop next door and grow their own tea! How cool is that! Highly recommend this guest house when you’re staying in Lijiang. The place is close to old town gate. Easy to get didi. Just walk within 5 min to the main road (near Intercontinental hotel). Thank you brothers! I will see you again when I come to Lijiang!

The Boss here is so friendly and helpful. He will always greet you with a big smile and always helpful. He booked all my tours and gave me ideas on what to do and places to go. I can’t speak Chinese and he was sooo patient. The hotel is in a good location from old town. The breakfast was delicious but only chinese food. The room was so nice, clean and spacious. It had a bidet toilet, nice bathtub, his and hers sinks and very comfortable bed. Even had a weigh scale if you are watching your diet. If you need to wash your clothes, there is a small washer with detergent in the room. I would stay here again😊

Yunxi definitely is the best place we have stayed throughout our 12 days trip. This is mainly contributed by the warm hospitality of 十三少. 十三少is the best host one could have ever asked for. He cautioned us of the landmines to avoid, helped us in our preparation for Jade Dragon Snow Mountain as we have elderly in our group. He suggested restaurants where it suits our Singaporean&Malaysian taste buds and very friendly to our pockets. In the day when we were up at the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, he texted us to check if we were doing alright and if the elderly was feeling alright. In his place, he fed us well with endless supply of pomegranate, pu’er tea, snacks and his secret stash of 白酒. 十三少is more than a host to us, he’s a friend, which we will come back to whenever we are at Lijiang. Cost performance (性价比） is definitely very high with high quality bathroom ware (Kohler), Dyson hairdryer, projector tv, mini washing machine and dryer in the room, comfortable beds and the rooms are super spacious. Basic amenities are all well prepared. We will definitely choose this place again should we decide to come back to Lijiang given the warm hospitality by 十三少。

The room is big, clean and comfortable, the breakfast is delicious, and there is a small washing machine in the room, which is very convenient. The host is very friendly. My mum had a sore throat, we asked the host where to buy medicine, and he directly took us to the pharmacy to buy it. We are very grateful for his help. We stayed for three nights, and my family was very satisfied with this accommodation overall. I highly recommend staying here.

Hotel is not too far from the entrance of the ancient city, which was great for getting our luggage in and out as its just a short 5 mins walk, since cars are not allowed in the ancient city. Service was great - owner is a lovely guy who gave us apples when we first arrived and alot of tips before we started our journey in Lijiang. Room was great - alot of spaces, with a huge bathtub and heater. Only downside would be that the heater is away from the bed, so it gets pretty cold during Winter despite the heater is on, but the blanket is pretty thick. Will stay again, have fun in Lijiang!

Very great location! You don’t have to drag your luggage all the way to your hotel as it only located near the south gate. Friendly boss! The boss ‘13’ upgraded all our 4 rooms and offered us the local apple to taste.

location was good, near to the south gate of the lijiang old town, which was convenient to travel to places outside the old town as taxis are not able to drive into the old town. it was also next to a decent mian xian store and the zhongyi market. when we arrived, the accommodation sent someone to meet us at the gate to assist with our luggage. room was clean, spacious and nicely furnished. heating system was good.

This acomodation is perfect to our family. And kind staff. Most of all, so clean and warm. If you wanna have apple. Try it. I just buy and sent to my office
