入住當天訂單顯示是兩點可以入住，最後説還沒有打掃完衞生三點半左右才讓我們入住，退房當天明明我們有權益是可以延遲到下午兩點退房的，結果不知道店家出於什麼心理，在離店當天中午十二點都還沒到的情況下，就自己進來開始打掃衞生，扔東西，我們那個時候並不在別墅並且還沒有退房呢，行李什麼的都還全部都在房裡，入住讓我們晚入住就算了，離店還像是趕着離店一樣。。。確實感覺到不妥了，我從來沒給過差評，這一次是屬實接受不了了。

房東大哥真的超級好，給我們叫車，然後我們人多比較難打車，近的地方他還給我們接送，還有提供葯品，訂一日遊，就是各方面服務很好；房子環境還是不錯的，美中不足的是沒有空調，然後我們運氣還特差，那天晚上掛壁爐壞了，沒有熱水，地暖也不行，房間裏非常冷，大晚上聯繫房東，給我們叫來了修理的師傅，後來總算有熱水了，不過熱水量不大，還有地暖也沒怎麼熱起來，拋開這個問題，其他真的還是不錯的！

老闆人很好，有需求都會盡量滿足，因為我們五人還特地租了個7座的車來高鐵站接我們。到客棧發現比照片裏的更好看，房間很高級~
去玉龍雪山也可以讓老闆幫忙定團~省了很多事
冬至的時候老闆還親自下廚一起吃了一頓~太爽了！！！！

位置在金茂別墅區，環境優美，設施齊全，廚房洗衣機一應俱全，床品也很舒服，跟在家的感覺一樣，衞生間乾濕分離，入住感不錯，值得推薦
