這是一家黑店，手段低劣，毫無信用可言！提醒廣大旅客別被它坑！我一共訂了3晚，是看圖片訂的一樓院子裏的“柔軟時光雙床房”，去之前一天，這店老闆給我電話要給我換成二樓大床房，我説帶孩子必須雙床房，到達時發現他給我調到了樓頂一間帶榻榻米的雙床房，他説是“升級”。房間不乾淨，被子有潮濕有黴味，廁所衞生間很不乾淨，而且散發臭味。因為到的很晚，又下雨帶娃，強忍了一夜！第二天我們旅遊回來，要求他換回我們訂的房間，老闆直接跟我説，把我們換到了旁邊一個小旅店，説也是他們經營的，（名字不一樣），房間不通風，設施陳舊，衞生差，我直接打電話給攜程投訴，攜程處理了半天，老闆可能怕把事情鬧大，同意給我們換回訂的房間，並且一直在説他虧了，（我們訂的早，便宜，入住當天漲價了不少，他就讓其他客人住了，把我們趕去旁邊更差的）。毫無信用可言！我們實在氣憤，現場沒説任何廢話，就交給攜程處理了。這裏給攜程售後點贊，幫助我們協調幾個小時，給我們換了其他酒店。
出遊多次，遇到這樣低劣的酒店毀約行為是頭一次，做人做事，靠的是長遠經營能力，店老闆這樣的人品和手段，那就看看這家店能活多久吧

比較滿意的一次住宿，有洗衣機可以洗衣服，天台還可以晾曬衣服，環境也不錯，就是要進去酒店的那條巷子口有個垃圾堆很臭，不過離酒店還遠不影響，路過注意下就好了。

可能是在古城旁邊的事吧，牆上裂縫，屋內潮濕通風不太好，進民宿要走很長一段上坡路，下雨濕滑容易滑倒，整體感覺一般，和同價位相比稍差，就我個人而言下次來不會再住
