老闆很熱情，服務很周到，但是對於這次住宿還是有些失望。因為定的是雪山景的山景房，滿懷期待的入住，但是後來才發現我被分到了一間所謂雪山景，但卻很難在房間看到雪山，衹有一排不知名的後山是清晰的。
要想看到雪山，就必須出門走到公共區域的觀景露台，房間裏想要看雪山很勉強，因為靠書桌的窗户玻璃外有很密集的木質防盜欄。
這個房間跟我在預覽圖上看到的內部環境是一樣的，但是外景一點也不沾邊，這次體驗總的來説是失望的。
也是因為老闆的熱情和極好的服務態度中和了我的情緒。我真的到的那一天，看了房間後就有情緒了，真的是一種深深被騙了的失落感。
我發消息給那個小哥説我房間看不到雪山，小哥跟我説書桌那邊是能看到的。我真的很想説，你們的照片上可不是這樣的！
下次再來麗江我可能也不會選擇你們了，雖然都很好，但是總有種被騙了的感覺。

房間很大而且有空調，三樓的房間可以看到雪山，愛拍照的小姐妹可以早起拍日照金山，超好看，酒店老闆人很好，本來應該12點前退房，但是我們車要12點半才到，有多讓我們呆了半個小時，服務態度也特別好
