I like it very much. The environment is very good and you can see the snow-capped mountains. The service is also very good. I took my mother to travel and stayed very comfortable and satisfied! The customer service was also very considerate and asked if we needed a late check-out. Although we left early, thank you!

前台很給力，服務超讚，酒店設施略顯老舊但還不錯，地理位置屬於相當靠雪山的了，交通便利。另外特別自助餐廳的經理服務非常好。餐廳外池塘還可以讓孩子餵魚體驗。

The hotel room facilities are relatively old and have been around for years. But I am quite satisfied with the room size and layout. The bathroom and shower bathtub are separated; and the hair dryer is also a small but powerful model, unlike some five-star hotels that are still large but low-power models. Before checking in, the hotel duty manager contacted in advance to see if there were any special needs. I needed to stay because I had a unit meeting to attend later, but it was a unit reservation and I didn't want to change the room. The duty manager replied that as long as the room type is the same, there is no problem, just go to the front desk in advance to renew the room card. Then I went to the front desk three times in advance, and they all replied that the team reservation list has not been updated yet, so it cannot be found. The third time, a staff member at the front desk said to record my name and arrange for a renewal directly at that time, and it will be handled quickly. But when I went to renew my stay on the day of the unit reservation date, the front desk told me that the room arranged by the unit reservation was another room...but the room type was the same. This means that my previous three advance communications were invalid. It also delayed my time to check out at the front desk and then check in. And I had to go out in a hurry for work at that time, so I was very unhappy and called the duty manager to explain the situation. After communicating with the duty manager, I felt that there were indeed objective factors in the changes of the hardware conditions of the hotel facilities, but it was really wrong for such problems caused by human factors to make the guests unhappy. The root cause was the staff member who replied that he had recorded my name but did not transfer it to the colleague who handled the check-in on the same day. The duty manager apologized sincerely and said that he would give me a hotel afternoon tea. Although I did not have time to arrange this afternoon tea, at least his attitude was okay. I hope that the hotel will do better in the connection of service links in the future.

I have nothing to say in every aspect, the service is attentive and the environment is very good. You can see the snow-capped mountains from the balcony of the room. The chef hired by the restaurant is good at cooking and the food is delicious.
