本人於2024年2月13-15日入住該酒店。可以説真正領教了雲南竹槓的厲害。以下細數該酒店的虛假宣傳項目以及服務態度。酒店老闆虛假宣傳一，房間根本沒有空調，但是在攜程官方上卻有明確的空調設施標註，故意誘導住客。到店後因空調事宜推脱説是攜程官方問題。與酒店本身無關，要求客人自行解除預訂的房屋。麗江夜間温度5度，入住的人需要有耐寒準備。酒店老闆虛假宣傳二，在酒店設施中標註有停車位。而實際上該酒店根本沒有停車位，老闆所説的實際停車位位於公路邊，有被遭受行政處罰的風險。酒店老闆虛假宣傳三，酒店設施中有電視標註，而實際上電視根本不能使用，因為根本沒有電視機頂盒。以上三點介屬實情，絕無誇張和編造。其他問題，如冷熱水龍頭反裝，太陽能熱水不熱等問題，就不一一細數了。酒店老闆以及老闆夫人，態度惡劣，一副不住滾蛋的態度。攜程網將這樣的商家納入平台，實在是砸自己的牌子。奉勸各位朋友，訂房謹慎。

全程踩的唯一一個雷，酒店在個小衚衕，停車考驗車技，洗浴熱水還行但水壓較小，衞生環境整體一般，店家夫妻倆一看就沒受過什麼教育，處理問題簡單粗暴，體驗較差，不推薦
