1.停車不方便。晚上11點零幾分到，老闆在吃酒，説是在門口等着我們，到了指引我們停車，結果人都沒看到，最後指引我們停車，差點讓我們罰款，最後還是自己找的停車位。花費1個多小時。
我們總共訂了兩個房間，這個雙人房相對較好，但三人間有以下問題：
2.衞生環境不好。床圍巾有明顯的不明水跡，床單有一塊是臟的，沙發上還有個避孕套。衞生間挨着浴霸的牆是發黴的，毛巾是沒有疊放整齊的，都不知道是否是被人用過還沒來得及整理。
3.房間不保暖。空調衹有一個，但是有兩個卧房，單人床卧房根本吹不到空調，且因為床邊沒有插頭，電熱毯無法使用，最後我們一人衹能睡到空調底下的沙發上。攜程上設備標有“暖氣”，但是並沒有。空調一直吹不暖，因為整個房間除了刷卡門和浴室門，其他都沒門，各區域相通，且空調機噪音很大（雖然沒影響帶耳塞我）。衞生間浴霸是壞的，水龍頭放水是要放很久，水才夠熱的。幸好雙人床有電熱毯，不然冷死。當然，卧房衣櫃裏面塞有被子，不過我不敢用，整個房間除了開着電熱毯的雙人床暖和一點，其他地方都不暖和。
4.還有其他讓人無語的地方。一次性拖鞋是衹有小孩才能穿的尺寸的；廁所的門是沒有的（應該是壞了，但可以看出之前是玻璃門），拉臭臭是會薰到卧房內的；浴室的門也是玻璃門，我是不理解這種沒有私隱的設計的。

客棧位置絕佳👍車可以直接開到門口，邊上就是停車場。離古鎮中心也近，步行200米左右就到了。鬧中取靜。小院乾淨整潔，花花草草打理得很好。還有個漂亮的泳池和一棵果實累累的梨樹！房間有空調（麗江很多客棧是沒空調的哦）👍隔音也很好很不錯的一次假期！

來雲南住的最差的一晚，到處是蜘蛛網不説，房間裏空調壞的，窗簾也是壞的，入住後老闆也看不到，更別提服務一説了，真的避雷這家，不要被坑了。
