房間很乾淨，還有很多貼心的設計，例如小音響邊泡澡邊聽非常的享受，服務人員非常有禮貌，對我們的要求回應很迅速，很值得推薦的飯店！

非常安靜的酒店，庭院挺大的，別墅設計還帶車位，很適合家庭親子游，很贊。
門前種了很多花，拍照很出片，家家有水，户户有花，很美麗的地方。
晚上逛了一下束河古鎮，雖然沒有麗江古城熱鬧，但是更有古鎮生活氣息

和旁邊鉑爾曼在一塊區域，這塊區域就是很安靜，鬧中取靜的一個園區，性價比很高，有點小而美的感覺！
可以步行去束河古鎮，還是挺不錯的！
房間就能看雪山，感覺非常棒，環境設施也都是星級酒店標準。
過年期間前台還幫忙聯繫了用車，真的是非常不容易！要不是幫忙安排好了車，差點就去不了玉龍雪山了，感恩。

設施：設施比較陳舊，空調不是很給力，我們兩個房間的空調都不怎麼給力，我家人的房間空調就沒有熱過，用的是三個電熱器！
環境：有點偏，周圍好吃的地方就沒有，除了到束河古鎮近一點，沒有其他啥優勢
衞生：早餐的混沌不新鮮，吃了早餐出門，導致我媳婦上吐下瀉的！！！我們的下午茶，第二天的早餐我們都很擔心，都是選擇性的吃了點！真的不放心
服務：酒店服務人員還是很不錯的，就是説的好房間水果，不給齊全，我沒有吃完水果，不代表我不要，服務人員直接就不給送水果了！打電話詢問還狡辯！我們房間的一次性拖鞋也是，第二天也不給換新的，我用不用是我的事情，你給我拿新的，是有必要的，你們是民宿，自己要定義成酒店，那麼就要按照酒店的標準去複製去做，早餐，下午茶的這些所謂的創意都是要建立在新鮮安全的基礎上！
衞生：兩天的早餐其實除了豆漿牛奶是熱的，其他的小食都是冷的，不新鮮的混沌真的讓我很不滿意！

總體評價：兩年前住過，當時覺得早餐出品不錯，價格也合理，所以這次和家人春節出行就選擇了這家。但此次入住卻很失望… 不知道是不是春節人手不夠所以早餐出品大打折扣，本來是點單式的變成了自助式，而且精緻度也不足，完全沒有食慾了。來之前還和我家人説這家酒店早餐可以期待一下，結果被打臉了。
服務：比之前入住那次差很多。我們有一間房是三人入住的，前台問要不要加錢加床，如果不加錢的話就不會提供第三人洗漱用品。雖然後麪我再去詢問前台的時候前台説可以免費贈送，但主動提供和被動提供是兩碼事。
設施：沒有地暖，衹有空調，不是全屋制暖，廁所需要單獨開加熱器。家人夜裡睡覺覺得有點冷。

酒店在別墅區，環境很棒，能看到雪山，有管家服務，送了水果，下午茶，房間很大，衞浴都是頂級，到小區門口有車接送，也可直接打車進來，總體滿意。
