This time, I stayed at the Amman Dayan in Lijiang with my mother for one night. From the big brother who picked us up at the airport, Don who checked us in, Sherry who introduced us to the room, and all the Amman Dayan staff I met during the two days, everyone was very friendly and polite, and responded promptly. In addition to the service, the architecture and interior design of Amman Dayan also left a good impression on me: wooden decorations are everywhere, antique; symmetrically distributed double sinks; storage and tea-drinking items with ancient Chinese charm; bedding that is so comfortable that you can't get out of bed in the morning... It was a very satisfying Aman experience.

It was my first time staying here. Whether it was before landing, airport pick-up, or all kinds of services during the stay, the dining service all highlighted: customer first. Whether it was the front desk lady or the security guys, they were all proactive at any time and anywhere. Then I stayed for four consecutive days, and was given a Shangri-La itinerary and massage service (which was great). There were clever ideas in the guest rooms every day, and they were cleaned twice a day. The snacks were delicious. They also gave me special small gifts - horn combs, spoons, and diamond knots. Each item has a meaning. What impressed me most was that the service, quality, style, and layout were in place. Next time I'll try the one in Hangzhou, haha😆

I booked Amman Dayan two months in advance, just to get enough rest and relaxation in the few holidays. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed. I won't go into details, just the most basic point, the room was not cleaned until 15:00 in the afternoon when I came back to rest, not to mention the second cleaning, speechless and shocked. It really ruined my holiday mood. As a first-tier holiday brand, it is very unprofessional. The reception staff in the lobby and the reception staff at the door can feel the service, which is worthy of recognition. The hotel's kitchen is also stable. The environment is clean. The accommodation environment is not quiet and the sound insulation is poor.

How to say it, Aman is still Aman, but it is the worst among several Aman hotels in China. For example, the comb is not friendly to long hair... For example, there are rotten fruits in the welcome fruit plate in the room... For example, there is no good night drink... For example, the cushions for breakfast are leaking... The service staff changed a chair in the middle, and the cushions are still leaking... Twice, everything from thick pants to autumn pants was soaked! ! The service staff explained that: the cushions are not completely dry, and you can't see it from the outside. If you sit for a long time, there will be water seepage after squeezing... For example, the hotel restaurant actually has no elevator... It is not friendly to altitude sickness For example, the Chinese restaurant tastes average, and compared with the InterContinental Chinese restaurant in Hefu, the variety is less, the price is expensive, and the taste is not good. It is worth praising: The hotel mineral water is unlimited, and it is friendly to people who like to drink tea. The breakfast variety is rich, covering both Western and Chinese local characteristics, and the taste is good.

地理位置特別好，可以俯瞰大研古城的全景，步行下山可以直接到達古城，非常方便，房間很乾凈，很整潔，每天會有夜床禮物，鮮花餅非常好吃，服務很周到，服務人員很貼心、很熱情，答覆很及時，這是其他酒店很難做到的，下次還會再回來的！再次提一下服務人員Verena，服務確實很好，住過很多酒店，可以説這兒的管家是最好的了

There were very patient and detailed explanations of all aspects of the landscape facilities. The hotel will also give some suggested itineraries according to the length of stay of each person. It is appropriate and meticulous. Coffee and bread are also prepared before going to the snow mountain in the morning. The activities arranged in the store are also very good. The restaurant is delicious. The Naxi-style black pottery hot pot is delicious. The cured spare ribs and yak are very good. The vegetables are also delicious. There are many local specialties on the menu. The ingredients are good and the seasoning is particularly good. The tea is naturally delicious. The pine mushroom wine and plum wine are also interesting. There are some local snacks for afternoon tea, which are delicious and fun. You can eat a lot of local food for breakfast. It is recommended to try more local specialties. The pancake is a localized and very delicious pancake. Buckwheat, purple rice and banana have an excellent taste and flavor together. It is served with goat cheese, honeycomb honey, and some fruits. I still miss it after leaving for a few days. I ate a lot of rose shortbread and was still not satisfied. Fortunately, it can be mailed to my home. I took a lot of photos and I don’t have time to organize them. I will make up for it later.
