第一次入住，無論是從落地前還是接送機，還是入住期間各類服務，用餐服務都凸顯：顧客至上。無論前台小姐姐小哥哥 還是安保大哥們 都隨時隨地積極各種需求。然後我連住四天，送了香格里拉行程，按摩服務（這個棒），每天客房內都有巧思在裏面，一天也兩次打掃，小點心很好吃哦，還送了特色小小禮品-牛角梳、勺子、金剛結，每一個物品都有釋義，給我感受最深就是服務到位，品質到位，格調到位，格局也到位。下次我去試試杭州的哈哈😆

提前兩個月預訂的大研安縵，為的就是在為數不多的假期裏得到充分地休息與放鬆。可惜失望至極。別的不多贅述，衹説最基本的一點，早上九點提出的打掃衞生，直到下午15點回來準備休息時，打開房門卻發現房間依舊沒有被打掃，更別提二次整理，無語、震驚。十分破壞我的度假心情，作為一線度假品牌，很不專業。
大廳裏的接待服務人員及門口的接待人員，能感受到被服務，值得肯定。酒店的廚房也發揮穩定。環境乾淨。住宿環境不安靜，隔音差。

怎麼説呢，安縵還是安縵，但是國內幾家安縵中細節做的比較差的。
比如梳子是長髮不友好的梳子…
比如房間歡迎水果盤裡居然有水果是爛的…
比如沒有晚安飲品…
比如早餐坐的椅墊居然往外滲水…中途服務人員更換了一把椅子，居然椅墊還是滲水的…兩次從厚褲子到秋褲全部濕透！！服務人員解釋為：墊子沒幹透，外面看不出來，長時間坐，擠壓後會有滲水…
比如酒店餐廳居然沒有電梯…高反不友好
比如中餐廳味道一般，比起和府洲際中餐廳品類少、價格貴、味道不佳。
值得表揚的是：
酒店礦泉水不限量，喜歡喝茶的人友好。
早餐品類豐富，西式中式地方特色都涵蓋，味道不錯。

地理位置特別好，可以俯瞰大研古城的全景，步行下山可以直接到達古城，非常方便，房間很乾凈，很整潔，每天會有夜床禮物，鮮花餅非常好吃，服務很周到，服務人員很貼心、很熱情，答覆很及時，這是其他酒店很難做到的，下次還會再回來的！再次提一下服務人員Verena，服務確實很好，住過很多酒店，可以説這兒的管家是最好的了

酒店位於古城山頂，視野風景非常好，在酒店內便可將大研古城盡收眼底，草木植被種類繁多，各具特色，件件都有精心維護，想來一定四時美好，酒店內部設計極具當地特色，韻味古雅，細節裏處處是巧思，酒店本身就非常值得參觀。
服務也是極好，接機的師傅上車便給了熱毛巾和水，一路上也介紹了當地周邊的風土人情，抵達酒店前台已經準備好了熱茶，然後店內工作人員帶領進行一個酒店的tour，方方面面的景觀設施都有非常耐心細緻的講解，酒店也會根據各人逗留時間長短給一些建議的行程，妥帖細緻，早上出行去雪山前也有貼心的準備好咖啡和麪包，店內安排的活動也都非常好，可以輕鬆愉快的瞭解一些當地文化，聽説也有給小朋友單獨配套的活動器具，旅程裏非常感謝Arron的幫助。
餐廳很好吃，納西特色的黑陶火鍋好吃，臘排骨和氂牛都非常好，蔬菜也鮮美，菜單上有很多當地特色的菜，食材好，調味火候也特別好，茶自然是好喝的，松茸酒和梅子酒也有趣；下午茶有一些有當地特色的點心，好吃好玩；早餐可以吃到很多當地的食物，建議多試一試當地特色，班戟餅是本地化的非常好吃的班戟餅，蕎麥紫米香蕉在一起口感風味極好，配上了羊奶酪蜂巢蜜，些許水果，離開了幾天依舊想念；玫瑰酥餅吃了非常多，意猶未盡，幸好可以郵寄到家。
