房間非常吵鬧，早上8點就被吵醒了，一直吵到沒辦法睡覺，老闆態度惡劣，人身攻擊，侮辱，嘲笑我沒錢

這個家客棧實際像那種自建小院子，在一個巷子裏面，巷子在T字型路口並且很窄，越野車不倒七八次估計拐不進去，標榜的停車場，實際上就是自家農院子可以停三四輛車，並排衹能停倆車，另外兩輛車得頂着前兩輛車的屁股停，2月11日衝著4.9的高評分和免費停車場在網上訂了兩間房，到跟前一看“停車場”簡直大跌眼鏡，老闆娘説帶我們去對面付費停車場停車，一整天多少錢那種的，這完全不滿足我們的旅行需求和訂房期望……這樣就跟標榜的完全不一樣，我們申請取消訂單，結果這家客棧拒絕退款，在我們沒有辦理入住的情況扣除了我們全部房款。因為這個所謂的“停車場”的原因，我們認為並不是我們的過錯，最後多翻與“去哪兒網客服”和當地市場監管局12345申述，這家客棧仍然拒絕退款，最終由“去哪兒網官方自掏腰包”退了我們錢，扣了20%違約金，在這給去哪兒網和麗江市場監管局工作人員點個贊，積極為我們溝通爭取……

睡覺環境不是很安靜，半夜12點都能聽見別人説話的聲音，多大聲，睡完覺，身上很癢，咬了很多包，床上不乾淨有蟲，衹拍了一部分被咬的

性價比確實較高，便宜啊，是當天能訂到的靠近麗江古城的賓館標間。沒空調但有電熱毯，對於不太怕冷的人是個省錢又能滿足基本住宿要求的賓館。離大街很近，方便參加一日遊。
