房間非常好，無敵大陽台，推門就是雪山，近在眼前，衹是可惜正好去的時候下雨，沒看到日照金山和滿天星星～
室外和室內都很多可以拍照的地方，朋友拍照拍的很開心～
如果吃的方面能做的更好就好了…
客服小管家Owen很好，入住前提前告知，過程中積極迴應，退房後也貼心問詢～

第二次來麗江看雪山，上次來沒能體驗璞修，這次終於達成心願了。總體來説非常滿意，酒店的景觀無敵，每間客房的陽台都可以近距離欣賞玉龍雪山的美景，公區幾乎一步一景，僅在酒店內散步觀賞雪山都讓人心曠神怡，從抵達酒店到辦理入住到各種客房服務都很順暢，對酒店的幾位工作人員的服務提出好評，前台Wendy小妹妹在辦理入住時第一時間送上熱茶，詳細的介紹了酒店的各項活動流程，賓客服務中心的James幾乎隨時都在響應我的諮詢並熱心的幫忙解決問題，也很感謝兩天中造訪景區都是Sam小哥幫忙接送，耐心熱情的提供了景區天氣等注意事項建議，在離店前值班前台Tizzy同學也為返程出行提供了很多建議幫助，感謝諸位酒店工作人員真誠熱情的服務，短短兩天的行程過的非常快且充實，如果再來造訪玉龍雪山，璞修依然是我的最佳選擇，也希望璞修可以保持住自己的高水準服務與特色高端酒店公區建設，期待再相會。

酒店坐落於玉龍雪山景區內，有無敵雪山景觀。酒店設周邊較少商業，酒店提供有下午茶以及自有餐飲服務，方便入住景區仍有較豐富的用餐體驗。酒店提供特色活動，有助於住客更好了解當地文化習俗，且附近環境優美，房間入住舒適，服務非常貼心，特別有小動物趣味互動。酒店提供專業貼心的網上小管家服務（Owen），對我們的行程提供了較多幫助，在此感謝。非常有幸在酒店最好的角度觀賞了日照金山，這將是我特別難忘的旅程。

環境：location無敵，無需多餘的描述，每時每刻都是不同的景色。
設施：硬件設施基本符合預期，但是細節還是有提升空間，比如空調噪音，還有紅外感應器的靜音處理，公區的維護還是可以的。
衞生：整體不錯，因為所處環境和剛入雨季的原因，房間內的除蟲工作需要多加關注。
服務：前台禮賓，客房，工程的服務態度都是很不錯的，見面問候，需求響應及時。餐廳服務就差一個檔次了，主動性較差。
另外，餐飲或許是該好好提升了，正餐除了火鍋外，其餘的菜品結合售價，很沒有吸引力。早餐品種比較少，口味一般，出品也不穩定，兩天同款菜品的口味天差地別，第一天鹽很貴，第二天鹽不要錢，嚴格意義上不太符合酒店的定位。除了一頓火鍋，其餘的正餐都是開車去市區的凱悦，悦榕莊解決的。
總體上還是比較滿意的行程，希望能改進需要改進的，不要辜負那潑天的美景。

房間很大，可以和寶寶玩捉迷藏的。從房間往外看就能看到玉龍雪山絕美風景。
酒店工作人員都非常熱情，無論是前期網上接待我們的Owen,還是管家Lucas，工作認真負責。特別感謝餐飲部的Angel何雪梅小姐，得知我們（長者&小孩）明天爬雪山，非常貼心的幫我們準備早餐的打包盒，方便我們在雪山上補充能量；感覺到長者對明天爬山會不會高反的焦慮，會温柔耐心的給予安慰。

因為一張日照金山的圖片奔赴了一座城。玉龍雪山下獨天得厚的地理位置，巍峨壯麗的雪域仙境撲面而來，深深為之震撼。房間從設計裝修到硬軟件設施都非常用心，舒適安寧。管家小哥Alex全程貼心服務，一切安排的井井有條，讓我們感受到了温暖的旅行。無論是客房服務的梅姐，還是來景區接我們回酒店的小哥小姐姐，都像家人一般親切熱絡，是璞修讓我愛上了麗江，甚至會無限次的回來，我的愛。
