本來去璞修就為了能舒舒服服的看個日照金山，但是住了兩天之後已經覺得看沒有看到日照金山已經沒有那麼重要了，因為無論是酒店的風景 酒店的活動 還是酒店的服務已經讓我覺得不虛此行了^_^尤其是管家Alex和sam非常的貼心，最後一天本來夜晚有雲已經不抱希望可以看到日照金山了^_^但是小哥在晚上送我回房間的路少跟我説一定要定好鬧鐘，搞不好能在短時間內看到日照金山，早上6點多就在羣裏反覆回答我的問題，確認我看到的那一瞬就真的是！太感謝了😊還反覆叮囑看完了趕緊回房間，陽台冷，不要感冒😷還有angel 每次去餐廳都會熱情的噓寒問暖，還幫我們介紹到了好多雲南特有的好吃的^_^甚至我知道了她時曲靖人，他們那兒的酸蘿蔔就是火鍋中的酸蘿蔔^_^（酸蘿蔔火鍋裏的酸蘿蔔真的太好吃了，如果能吃到第二頓火鍋一定要嚐嚐，尤其要多多拿自助的番茄煮進去，我估計我跟先生一頓飯至少吃了20隻番茄🍅）還有觀星的老師，畫唐卡的老師，第一天天氣不好，第二天放晴，老師還專門把正在畫唐卡的我叫到觀星台重新觀看^_^然後畫唐卡耽誤了時間老師也一直耐心的陪伴到11點多，直到畫完，還會位客房服務的和文海和阿姨（怪我照片拍虛了……回來後看不清名字了……）她留在房間裏的小紙條太暖了^_^還有徒步的時候記得好像是叫anna的小老師……太多了^_^下次如果再去玉龍雪山一定要再回去這裏！話説還有點小小的遺憾就是甜品有點少………對於高反來説個人感覺的高熱量的食物會讓人放鬆^_^所以我買了士力架……這點小小的遺憾希望下次去的時候能有變的完美^_^

房間景色很美，可以直接看到雪山。
服務很貼心，出入景區都有司機接送，前台小姐姐也記得我們的換房需求，會及時電話聯繫。
管家owen也一直及時提供服務。

各方面都符合預期，酒店很舒服，可以躺着看雪山。客户服務中心的owen體貼周到，各種問題要求都能快速給予滿意的反饋。整體居住體驗很不錯。再來麗江還會選擇璞修。

很滿意，服務，環境很好，起床睜眼就是雪山的感覺很棒。
有市區到雪山來回的班車，次數不少。
有酒店到雪山遊客中心的來回接送。
服務確實沒話説。
送的旅拍也很用心，除去送的5張，還忍不住多加片

服務：早飯有專人帶座詢問喝點什麼，去餐廳路上見面都有問好，感謝Owen小哥哥提前聯繫，告知注意事項，還給我準備了小蛋糕，微信也是一直在線回覆，以後有機會還是會選擇這家酒店！第二天晚上有點高反聯繫Owen小哥哥反應迅速幾分鐘送來了泡好的葡萄糖，且叮囑不舒服要和他們，第三天早上Owen小哥哥主動聯繫詢問要不要打包早餐送到房間🌹太暖了，延遲退房到三點且詢問中午需要吃點什麼餐廳送過去，氂牛米線很不錯 20點落地南寧也有詢問安全抵達否。

房間景色真是沒得説，衹是這次遇上陰天沒看到日照金山小遺憾，留待下次。
酒店服務也沒得挑剔，員工都很熱情，從禮賓前台到餐廳員工，對於我們的遊客提問都很耐心，從出門爬山打包早餐到氧氣提供等小細節，都很周到。
真是絕對物有所值的入住體驗，父母對於酒店也滿意，極其樂於在酒店門口餵羊……
