❌不會再入住的客棧❌設施及態度都有待改善 1. 已與店家說明所在古城門口位置，會於晚上短時間到達，都不會開門牌及接待處的燈，讓客人在大雨中一直找到不到門牌。 2. 已說明短時間會到達，都不會留一個同事接待。 3. 店家沒有在大雨之中派出同事協助客人於城門帶領到客棧/亦沒有主動協助解決客人拿行理入古城的問題。 4. 招待態度特別，可見相片。 5. 店家請我取消於中介訂的客棧訂單，再重新交款。查問下是因為中介的訂單會收他們的佣金。 6. 在房間內會聽到外邊裝修，外面走過的人在說話。 7. 智能馬桶功能壞，都是手動。 8. 洗手間紙巾架會在窗簾後面，要用紙巾時要打開窗簾，即面向玻璃窗。 9. 房間最厚的窗簾都不會遮光。 10. 浴室沒有燈。
