酒店非常漂亮 別墅很大 維護的不錯 有膠囊咖啡機 送的歡迎飲品也好喝 早餐到十點半 很適合睡懶覺的人 服務熱情 入住前就有主動聯繫 詢問偏好 前台服務很不錯 退房也很迅速 每次路過都熱情打招呼

入住酒店那天 那個門僮年輕的 態度是真的很不好。全程臉黑。我們問他一下問題。他也當沒聽見。
而且酒店的人手明顯不夠 我們到達當天七點多八點 車到了門口居然一個人都沒有 行李都是自己搬的
酒店前台需要往裡麪走 大堂怎麼也該安排至少兩個禮賓接待人員 結果空無一人 全程得自己看指示牌找路
一進房間就有衹蜘蛛、房間實在是老破舊得不堪了。
唯一亮點就是外圍環境綠化算是不錯的。

客服很好，房間及庭院很大，維護不錯，衞生很好，周圍飯店不多，二頓在餐廳吃的，人均100左右，味道不錯，非常安靜。

酒店環境非常好，綠樹成蔭，空氣清新，讓人感覺非常舒適。交通非常便利，打車很方便，離束河古鎮也很近，前台工作人員熱情友好，離開的那天身份證沒找到，打電話跟酒店確認了一下，前台人員也在積極幫我們尋找，給人一種賓至如歸的感覺。

服務是很到位的。有問必答。就是我們原來的房間1202空調壞了，半夜熱醒。而且這個房間的位置不好，雪山被幾顆樹擋住了。後來幫我們換到1205，空調也好了，也可以看到雪山了。
