真的是一分也不想給，説的什麼五星級酒店，我看連一星也沒有，房間熱水都沒有，晚上打電話聯繫前台也沒有人，害得晚上洗了個冷水腳，第二天發燒感冒，前台也是態度很不好，第二天早上退房的時候前台也沒有人，再也不會來了

酒店位於束河古鎮東南門處方便住酒店的客人出入古鎮。如果遊客居住在古鎮中間拖着拉桿箱進出在高低不平的石頭路面上十分不便。酒店衞生狀況不錯，設施一般沒有電梯要拖着行李箱上二樓。
