離大水車近，在古城內，交通便利。古色古香，有個觀景露台，可以看到古城景色。缺點是到店後升級到了2樓的房間仍然發現房間沒有空調，晚上有點冷，還有就是由於在古城內，晚上古城內的音樂聲會持續到很晚。

很差。1.一入住就發現空調漏水，工作人員拿個拖把拖一下，也不説給換個房間，結果就是空調滴滴答答漏水漏了一夜。2.隔音很差：靠走廊一側是木質牆體，普通的那種單層玻璃，屋外説話清晰可聞。3.私密性很差：門是那種農村的雙開的木門，換上後還有一條一指寬的縫隙，很沒安全感。4.最迷惑的是放門口放了兩張按摩椅，加之2.3.的原因又吵又擔心被窺視，一直到半夜1點鐘還有人在那按摩。

這家客棧非常好[強]不僅安全係數高，性價比也超高！老闆為人很不錯，我和女兒兩個人17號從大理到麗江，再到香格里拉再回麗江到他家入住，前面有入住過幾個地方的幾家客棧，也有入住過酒店，這家屬於很值得點讚的一家，後面的7天旅程和女兒都會住在這家。

原訂了一間做特惠的房間，260多，以為撿了寶，實際上真是一份錢一份貨，該房在一樓最邊處，窗户對着院子，打開睡覺沒安全感，雖老闆一再強調古城內很安全，還是不習慣，房間小且沒空調，門窗全關會很悶，且院子有人聊天就會吵，對住宿有點要求的實在不合適，最後還是加價住了500多的觀景房，在5樓，感覺還可以，唯一不好的就是隔音較差，不知道是不是用木板隔牆。已是很商業化的旅遊古城，老闆的服務態度也符合商業化標準，還好。如行李多的，還是建議住古南北門外，古城街是不平整的石頭路，拖着行李走費勁又費箱子，空手進古城逛也就十分鐘左右的走路路程，更便利。
