客户乾淨衞生，安靜，先住了一星期，又續住了三四天，老闆待人隨和，酒店位置處於黑龍潭公園和紅太陽廣場中間，交通便捷，離古城大水車（北門）三四百米，附近商鋪餐飲小吃多，吃住都很方便。酒店太棒了，超過了我的想象

在黑龍潭附近，出馬路就是公交車站，去古城挺方便的，坐公交2個站就是古城口。感覺比住古城好，價格也實惠！天氣好，開窗還能看雪山。

一個人來到麗江，住進酒店，老闆為人很好，熱情大方。大廳被老闆弄得很有詩意，環境衞生很乾凈，沒事就借用老闆的大茶桌泡茶，和其他酒店客人吹牛聊天，曬曬太陽，悠閑自在。

這是我住過最差的酒店，本人也是做酒店行業的，從來沒見過這麼差的衞生，床單是從來不換嗎？最基本的連礦泉水都沒有，洗澡的熱水放了30分鐘一滴熱水都沒有，叫客户如何洗澡，我真不知道做服務是怎麼做的，也不知攜程上是如何有這麼高的評價，本次旅行很無語，真的是帶着長者和孩子，否則再晚我也不會選擇你家，希望店家好好整改整改
