服務：服務真的蠻好的，前台服務態度絕絕子，不管是打電話需要東西還是前台索取都會滿足。去雪山之前因為本來就沒打算上山衹考慮去雲杉坪所以就沒提前備氧氣瓶，出發前跟前台問了一下因為我們續住了幾天直接送了我們一瓶。
設施：連鎖酒店嗎床品還是可以的，畢竟這個價格還是配得上這樣的設施
環境：位置距離古城也挺方便，走過去十幾分鍾蠻方便的。距離去雪山的公交車站也蠻近的，完全不用打車到忠義市場，出門向右走四五百米就有一個公交站台可以上車的
