We are a family-style small homestay, included breakfast. It is simple but we are very attentive, basically all the ingredients are made by us. Our location is at the foot of Jubao Mountain in the Shuhe ancient town, the environment is simple and quiet, if not seriously look at it, perhaps you will think it is a local people’s house. Johnson and Carol (and Auntie Li) are warm, authentic, and also super professional hosts. The homestay was relaxing and cozy, and the old Naxi house is beautiful, in both structure and location. Johnson is also an excellent guide, and did a really good job of tailoring our hike to changing needs (and tailoring our breakfasts to meet my slightly complicated dietary restrictions). I’m excited to return and explore more of Lijiang — and to see little Jaden and Sesan 🐕🦺 as they grow up in this idyllic atmosphere.

We absolutely loved our stay with Johnson and Carol and couldn't recommend it highly enough. They were the most wonderful hosts and really helped us out so much, especially with organising activites and sharing information.
We did yoga with Carol in the mountains and it was wonderful, and all around it was just a lovely stay!

The House is near the center of Shuhe, its nice place. The Owner (Mr Johnson) is kind and so Friendly. Aunty Lee make the delicous Breakfast with Noodle.
Little Jayden is so cute, Hope to be back again

Sun Ao: The boss can take us hiking, and there are all kinds of ginger tea, coffee, etc. are very warm ~ the most sincere homestay I have stayed in! Snow Lotus: Happy time 💗 Johnson and Carol are both amazing 👍Jaden and the puppy are so cute! I like drinking coffee on the terrace and basking in the sun ~ I will come again next time!

After that, I went with them to the side of Shuhe River.
