Advantages: 1. Very cheap. Looking at it now, the price has gone up a bit, but it was very cheap when I made the reservation. 2. The staff who helped me check in was friendly throughout my stay. Requests are also listened to promptly. 3. There is a very cute border collie dog. 4. Even though it is located inside Lijiang Ancient Town, it is very quiet at night. Close to the north gate. There is a parking lot nearby so parking is easy. Disadvantages: 1. The overall facilities are old. However, considering the price, it can be taken into consideration. The sanitary conditions are not good, but not bad either. But when taking a shower, the hot water comes out a little inconsistently. Sometimes it comes out well, sometimes it doesn't, so you have to wait for a while. 2. There was no problem when there was a friendly employee as mentioned above, but there were quite a few situations where neither the boss nor the employees were absent. People who were presumed to be acquaintances were looking at the counter, but there was no sign of any sense of service. The most frustrating part of my 3 nights and 4 days stay. Towels were not replaced on the first day, so I asked for new towels, but they just told me that the manager was not there right now. I also asked for towels on the second day, and they said there were no extra towels. Does it make sense that there are no extra towels in the guest room? There is just no will to accommodate my request.
