管家很熱情住得很舒心，房間很大，有什麼問題隨時問隨時答覆處理，不管多晚都有人回覆處理，酒店也很乾凈，用的很多都是品牌的，甚至很多酒店賓館的東西都沒有他們的東西好，離古城很近，下個台階就到而且還有停車位店裡麪的鮮花餅茶葉咖啡都挺好喝，下次要是來一定再次入住😀

酒店的位置很好，靠近古城大水車，出行方便，夜間休息安靜，所有工作人員都非常禮貌周到，説話都是和聲細語，給客人建了微信服務羣，有什麼需求，工作人員會第一時間有迴應。印象深刻的還有衞生，因為有稍許潔癖，又是帶娃出行，所以對衞生條件要求比較高，床品和室內環境都非常整潔。下午茶和伊索香薰活動的也都很不錯，娃很喜歡，酒店的早餐菜品新鮮有特色有食慾，酒店配備的洗護用品是JO LOVES的，洗衣服務也很不錯，工作人員很細心，會問清楚各種洗滌要求，白天出行晚上衣服就乾乾淨淨啦！省去不少麻煩。行程中帶着娃酒店還免費升級了房間，感謝都泊林🙏

服務非常好，庭院也非常的美觀。位置也極其之好。定過後就有聯繫我們，服務意識非常到位。服務特別好，下單後拉羣，有問必答。 床很舒服 衞生也很乾凈 距離古城衹需要走兩分鐘 停車也方便 還有小夥伴幫忙拿行李到三樓，泊林後院的菌湯火鍋很好吃，住的很舒適很愜意，拍了很多好看的照片，下次來麗江還會選擇都泊林！

這次來雲南玩住了十來個酒店中最好的酒店。地理位置好，就在古城外大水車附近。出玩訂車特別方便，因為如果住古城裡麪車是沒辦法進去接的。酒店設計大氣美觀而且人心化。私家旅遊顧問阿泰幫助我們制定旅遊計劃，每次我們需要幫助，他都用他豐富的本地知識為我們提供貼心幫助。這種私人管家般的人性化安排，讓人感到賓至如歸。下次來麗江還住都泊林！感謝你們無微不至的照顧！🥰🙏🏻

剛下完訂單，前台就聯繫了我，幫我安排接機；特別方便；接機的師傅也特別的有有禮貌；很舒心。酒店位置在古城邊上，距離大水車3分鐘路程。酒店有早餐、下午茶、晚安甜湯，服務超過了五星級酒店，特別贊；大廳有輕音樂，還會香薰精油；特別舒心；下次來麗江還訂他們家。
