服務好差，晚上到店一個燈都沒開，房屋很黑晚上睡覺一個女孩子我還把桌子弄到門哪裡放着一個晚上沒有安全感，不敢睡覺。過來找不到客棧給老闆打電話老闆説自己找，感覺衞生也很不到位

第一次住民宿總體感覺還是可以的打掃衞生的阿姨很親切人很不錯對比周邊性價比還是非常的不錯的院子裏有很多花花也很漂亮#房間設施我們定的是雙床房床下有電熱毯就是床邊插座有一點少插了電熱毯就不能在床這邊充着電玩手機了略微有一點不方便總體還是非常推薦的

第一，地址寫的古鎮外面，實際上在古鎮裏面，要走很遠！在角落裡很難找！第二，店名不叫花時澗叫聽蓮，圖文和實際完全沒有一點關係！第三，房間沒有熱水！所有房間都沒有！去了隔壁房間看！導致小孩洗澡着涼！沒有空調，電熱毯也是壞的！很多設施都是壞的！隔音很差隔壁房説話聽得一清二楚，還很吵有人唱歌！第四，老闆態度非常差！我訂了兩晚，我讓老闆第二天換個房間，他直接叫我退房，他説有熱水是我有問題！同伴和其他客人都反映沒有熱水）簡直就是詐騙！！！

老闆真的很熱情，客棧就在束河古鎮邊上幾分鐘路程很方便。到麗江古城也就3公里，沒有長者小孩可以閑閑的步行過去。這裏風很大，帶個外套喲可鹽可甜！
