位置很好，鬧中取靜，挺漂亮的小院；老闆很大氣

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel after the blind selection. The whole room is very airy, the facilities and services are excellent, and the location is very convenient in the ancient city, but not too noisy.

酒店二樓在裝修，有點吵。另外，入住後男服務員不敲門直接開房門，正好在換衣服，很尷尬。服務意識要提高。其他還行！

房間很乾凈，房間管家服務做得很好，貼心

酒店地理位置還算便利，在古城的南門附近，裝修屬民國風。 但服務人員的態度真是不敢恭維，我們一行在23日入住，剛入住時的接待人員還算禮貌也比較客氣，但到了我們出外覓食回酒店，需要和他們確認明天一早的送機以及早餐時，衹見前台接待一直在和不是客人的人聊天，後總算回來確認我的問題時，臉上一點笑容都沒有，都讓人懷疑是不是我們欠了她很多錢； 24日早上在店家確認的早餐時間點，沒有早餐提供，由於早飯點與送機時間之間衹有二十分鐘，我們又有兩位長者，這樣我非常着急，在我幾次催促下，前台板臉小姐姐才去廚房幫忙併很不客氣地跟我説他們衹有兩個人（很不湊巧是23日晚上服務我們的那個板臉小姐姐，難道前天的壞情緒還沒有消化需要我們客人來承受）。 很奇怪哎，一早服務人員少並不是我的問題，如果在23日晚上確認是否可以提早供應早餐時明確告訴我這個點沒辦法提供早餐，我們可能衹會和你們商量提供幹點，但店家是明確可以提供的，到了時間卻告知我人員少，不能準時提供，這是什麼邏輯，且還冷着臉感覺是我們客人非常不應該去質疑，體驗非常差。 然後我們其中有一套房（房號666）打開門，味道難聞到不行，開窗通風都不能消除味道。 建議大家在選擇酒店時還是需要花點時間看看評論的。

I have been in Yunnan for a week, and Qinghe is undoubtedly the best homestay with the best experience. It is located near the South Gate of the ancient city. After booking, the customer service immediately contacted us to ask if we need to be picked up from the airport. If we drive here by ourselves, we will be guided to the nearest parking lot. After arriving, there will also be a clerk with a cart to pick up the luggage. The distance from the South Gate to the homestay is actually quite close, and it only takes two or three minutes to walk. It is really "just around the corner", which is quite friendly for us who have a trip out of the city the next day. Maybe it is because it is still outside the ancient city. It is very quiet to stay in the yard in the afternoon and evening, and it is not noisy at all. The front hall of the homestay is a cafe, and there is a convenience store next door. The small observation deck on the roof also happens to see the snow-capped mountains. It can be said to be a blessing for lazy people. It is worth mentioning that the coffee and breakfast are very good. The bedding and linens are well used. It can be seen that the boss has spent a lot of thought. They are very soft and comfortable. People who stay in hotels for a long time can tell by touching them. The washing is well handled. It is a typical hotel washing standard. The softness is beyond words and it is safe to use. Finally, finally! It only costs over 500 to stay in a room with a courtyard, and the parking fee is reimbursed... It's really worth it!
