All the staff very nice at all times and very helpful. Our room was very spacious well decorated and clean. The bar area was excellent. Breakfast was excellent too lots of choices.

L'hôtel est encore en partie en travaux de rénovation ce qui a produit quelque désagrément, notamment le test de désenfumage sur l'heure de la sieste.
Très bien pour sa position, le personnel est agréable et à l'écoute. Le petit déjeuner correct mais limite pour un quatre étoile.

Great location in the heart of the city. The hotel is being refurbished currently but this didn’t impact us. Very friendly staff. Large room with good bed. Nowhere to hang full length clothes as only a 1/2 hanging space- could do with hooks on the back of door as an alternative.Room nicely decorated but could have done without the redundant fridge and broken sofa bed. Breakfast adequate.

Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel was undergoing renovation so the taped down carpet on stairs and in corridors is a trip hazard.

Very nice hotel! Great service and spacious rooms with double doors that open to a balcony. The decor was so chic. The bathroom was especially lovely with a nice large bathtub. One of the best breakfasts of all the hotels we stayed at. Close to shops and restaurants. Definitely recommend staying here!
