All the staff very nice at all times and very helpful. Our room was very spacious well decorated and clean. The bar area was excellent. Breakfast was excellent too lots of choices.

This hotel is a gem. Located right on the square so access to the old town is right on the doorstep. The hotel rooms are big ,comfortable and the bed is super comfy. The bathroom had a shower and separate bath with shower overhead which is great if 2 people want to get ready in the morning at the same time. The toilet is located in a separate area and could be a little snug for someone with a larger frame but wasn't an issue for me. The toiletries in the bathroom were the white company and smelt lovely. The tea and coffee facilities were good. My only issue with the room was that the air-conditioning wasn't working and I prefer to sleep in a cold bedroom. The staff at the hotel are friendly and welcoming, Fabian the bar tender went above and beyond in trying to help find us a restaurant to eat in one evening. Breakfast is a mix of a hot and cold buffet and although the choices aren't huge it is of good quality and you can always find something to enjoy in the morning.

Ideal location is close to the main square. Very welcoming, varied breakfast.

fantastic view from our room. I don't like carpet in the room. Beautiful renewed bathroom. Very good breakfast. Only 1 very slow elevator for the entire hotel. friendly staff.

Very well located hotel (in the center of Lille), very beautiful building but probably also very old and therefore poorly insulated. Unless you are on the top floor you can hear everything! The water would flow during a shower, the steps above, the neighbors next door... and overall the hotel is still in its juice. Not very modern!
