Only stayed one night, but all very good. If there was a very good option, I would have chosen that, so more than good, but not excellent! Definitely use the Carlton again if I'm staying in Lille.

Positif: La localisation est vraiment top, La gare, les commerces et restaurants à proximité L’accueil et le personnel tres agréable Le petit déjeuner varié et tres bon Le massage est vraiment top merci à Frekia! Des doigts de fée!☺️ Négatif: Forte odeur d’urine dans les wc les coussins ne sont pas confortable le plus terrible c’est les chambres coté rue le weekend le raffut, des cries, musique toute la nuit, ca s’est arrêté à 7h du matin, Nuit blanche pour nous! Je déconseille de prendre cet hotel les weekends A améliorer: Proposer des forfaits massage plus long 90 min par exemple Changer les coussins le menage

Nous étions un groupe de 21 personnes, de régions différentes, et nous avons été très satisfaits de notre séjour. Personnel très aimable, à l’écoute des clients. Chambres superbes, en plein centre de Lille. Très bon petit déjeuner. C’était le bonheur, merci beaucoup pour votre accueil.

La chambre est très spacieuse et bien insonorisée grâce au double portes ,en étage élevé avec ascenseur bien sûr,avec entrée séparée,bureau,SDB, WC séparé ,plateau de courtoisie et Nespresso ,belle vue sur la ville ,calme et silencieux .prêt de parapluie ☂️
