We had 2 separate stays within 10 days. We had a nice first stay. Unfortunately, the second stay was very disappointing. During the second stay, we had reserved 2 rooms. When we arrived, we were not able to unlock the doors with the keys provided. We were given a new key for one room but the other lock was broken. No other room was offered; just an assurance that the lock would be repaired. The second room was dirty - the bed was made but the floor was covered in food particles and a sticky red substance, along with bits of trash around the room. We had to put all our bags into one room while waiting for a new, clean room. The lock was never fixed for the first room. Our family members in the other room had to have an employee from the front desk go up to the 4th floor with them every time they wanted to enter their room - for their entire 3-night stay. The air conditioning was not operational and it was uncomfortably warm every night. We left the one working window open, causing us to be awakened all night by the partiers below. We were told we would receive free parking for our rental car for one night as compensation for our poor experiences. This did not make us feel compensated for all the inconveniences we experienced during our stay.
