Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la serviabilité, le sourire et la gentillesse du personnel. Un pt problème de chambre et immédiatement résolut. Tout a été fait pour que notre séjour soit réussi. Très beau bâtiment à la hauteur de son grand âge. Si chambre sous toiture, il y fait très chaud même avec la climatisation. Si la table est étoilée, il y a à redire sur la cuisine, mais pas sur le service...

Wij boekten een junior suite en kwamen terecht in kamer La Voix. Zeer donkere kamer. Alles zwart geschilderd. Metalen meubilair. Alles behalve wat je zou verwachten in een klassiek hotel van deze orde. Bed was wel ok, was op hoger verdiep. Badkamer ook ok. Maar 440 EUR per nacht voor deze kamer is veel te veel

Beautiful refined residence, tastefully renovated. Very attractive on arrival. Friendly and professional team. Pleasant location, in old Lille, a short distance from important spots. BUT Tiny bathroom, like a cupboard, impossible for two people and very uncomfortable alone. Toilets certainly separate, but without ventilation and isolated from the head of the bed by a thin partition. These two points seriously alter the “quality/price ratio”. No lounge or relaxation area apart from the small garden or the bar which only opens for a few hours. Damage.

From the moment you receive it, the quality is real. Thank you for the suitcase although heavy. Very good decoration, comfort and perfect insulation. Very bright private hotel, large volumes, soft carpet. Very pleasant.
