FRAUD AND SCAM...NEVER BOOK THIS PLACE! My husband booked an expensive room with terrace for 2 nights. The booking explicitly stated "room with terrace". We got a room underground with no window. We tried to complain, could not reach anyone and after lots of sms ONLY IN FRENCH we finally got a different room, but just for one night. We were told that if we want to stay the second night in the expensive room that we initially booked with terrace we would have to pay 450€ extra. We have the entire written conversation documented and have sent it to Booking, the police, and our lawyers. It was the weekend of the Rugby World Cup and the owner obviously wanted to make some serious money by overbooking, frauding and scamming the customers. We reported to ***********, the police, and our lawyers. I strongly recommend TripAdvisor, Booking and all platforms to ban this place and I recommend to everyone considering a booking to save themselves a lot of surrow and give it a miss. We must take these scammers out of business and put them behind bars! We got frauded on our booking and had an absolute horrible time. We left after the first night. It totally ruined our holiday, which was supposed to be a romantic weekend in France. Stay away from this fraudster! Besides: The whole place is falling apart and is filthy, inside and outside. It is not a hotel!!! There are cracks in the walls inside and outside, see pictures. There is no reception, you receive a code at 3 p.m. to get in, just like on AirBnb. We arrived at 2.30 p.m. and could not get in. We had to carry our luggage around until 3 p.m. There is no reception, it is a building with 3 apartments, no person on site. And no one answering the phone. And if you reach them, they only speak French and try to scam you.

This place commits fraud. We booked a room with terrace and got a cellar apartment with no windows. No alternative room or refund offered. There is no reception and the entire interaction with the owner is per SMS. This hotel is extremely horrible.

Très bien situé, calme mais dans un quartier vivant avec resto et bar juste à côté. Un ptit côté cosy, propre, bien agencé, literie au top. Pour ceux qui souhaite cuisiner il y à tout ce qu’il faut. Salle de bain agréable avec très joli. Adresse à retenir pour la prochaine fois
