The cleanliness was impeccable and every detail was taken care of. There is also a coffee machine (capsule) in the room, so you can have a cup of coffee to relax after returning from your trip. The staff's service attitude is warm and thoughtful, making people feel at home. The breakfast is also very delicious, rich in variety and nutritionally balanced. Overall, this was a very satisfying stay and highly recommended!

Very nice hotel with a very warm welcome, the suite is perfect with a jacuzzi, the mini bar is full of local products, and is placed in the city center of Lille, there are only minor flaws in the window where the insulation level is not very top but Everything else is perfect

Très bon séjour passé au sein de l'Arbre Voyageur. Equipe à l'écoute et réactive. Par exemple, prise en charge immédiatement de mon problème rencontré avec le service de télévision. Ce problème de télévision mérite d'être souligné car il a été récurent tout au long des 2 jours passés à l'hôtel.
