Visitamos en familia el restaurant para cena, mala experiencia, llegaron los 3 platos tibios y uno lo devolvimos porque no daba para comérselo, atención regular, sabor de comida nada del otro mundo, mala relación precio/calidad, no lo recomiendo para nada. La infraestructura y valores de platos no coinciden con la realidad.

Este Hotel nos gusta mucho, tienen una excelente relación precio/calidad, el personal es muy atento, tienen un muy buen restaurante y bar, las habitaciones son amplias y muy cómodas. El hotel esta muy bien ubicado, cerca de la ruta cinco y con atractivos cercanos.

El hotel es una maravilla. Parao disfrutar de la piscina temperada, beber una copa y aprovechar la lujosa habitación fue un deleite. Lo mejor de mi estadía fue el masaje ena silla ergonómica y el masaje de relajación. Recomiendo 100%

En esta oportunidad fui solamente al Spa, específicamente a un masaje descontracturante. Excelente el masaje y el servicio del personal del mismo. Mi unico consejo, es que cambien la camilla, ya que la camilla de masaje es muy dura, especialmente en el apoya cara.

Muy bueno el masaje con karina, gran fuerza y presión. Uno de los mejores que he tenido. Diferentes técnicas y buena atención. Se agradece. Quizás podría haber una silla un poco más grande o pesada pero es solo un detalle.

First Rate hotel, fabulous rooms and excellent and attentive service. Restaurant menu -dinner- great as also breakfast. Service was attentive and hospitable from receptionists to wait staff. We were quite pampered. In addition they offered free massage. We will come back.

Pobre disponibilidad de servicios y personal ausente (incluso en recepción) cuando está sin supervisión de los dueños. Si van a ofrecer servicios limitados o restringidos (ni restaurant, ni bar, ni spa, etc etc etc) en fechas que para cualquier hotel en Chile es temporada alta, minimo avisar antes de confirmar la reserva. Básicamente pagamos un precio 4 estrellas por un bed&breakfast. Aunque la habitación y baño conserva la comodidad, se nota que están dejando de lado el mantenimiento en muebles deteriorados (escritorio), toallas raídas y pintura descascarada o desprendida por humedad en cielo de la habitación. No repetiremos.

No tuvimos una buena experiencia en nuestra estadía, nos quedamos en el hotel con una pareja de amigos con su bebe de 1 año y el hotel no pudo ejecutar una simple solicitud como poner una cuna en la pieza siendo que se había solicitado con mucha anticipación y re confirmado al momento del check in. Mejor buscar otra opción si van con niños pequeños ya que al parecer no funcionan mucho los requerimientos previos que se solicitan. También solicitamos un early check in por el cual también tuvimos que llamar al hotel 3 veces para poder reconfirmar la hora correcta de llegada para que la pieza estuviera lista. Revisando los comentarios, van a responder que "van a mejorar como hotel" pero al parecer llevan un buen tiempo tratando de mejorar.
