Tthe only disappointment we had was the hot tub was not working and after our long week we were looking forward to getting in.

Planned a little gateway to get the kids out. Single parent, one income family. They were so excited to stay in a hotel where they can swim all day and just get their energy out.
Come to find out the pool was out of service as well as the hot tub. Very disappointed.
Fire alarm was out of control. Kept going off during the night. Could not sleep at all. The staff kept saying It was a false alarm, but it kept going off. All the guest were checking just as much as I was.
Elevator was not working either. Had to take all the luggages and personal stuff up the stairs, very inconvenient with little ones.
Staff was very nice though, can’t complain there.

I called to make sure hot tubes worked and was told it worked but when I came to the hotel, I was told it did not work. The neighbors were very noisy as well.

This hotel is comfortable, quiet, and clean. It is conveniently located on the Main Street through town.

Stayed in an accessible room so it was a bit different than a normal room. The toilet ran the entire time so that was annoying but it was clean. The shower only had a handheld so that was not great and to get any water pressure it had to be boiling hot. Bed was soft but comfortable. Room was clean. Breakfast had an amazing selection although the 6am - 930am availability was a bit annoying. I was irritated that the hot tub is still not in working order as it's been broken for months, and it's winter. People want to soak and relax. Parking lot was almost full and not enough handicap parking spaces.

It was clean. The staff was friendly. The breakfast had a large variety of items. We could even see the ocean from our window which I did not expect. There was a ton of towels. The bed was one of the best hotel beds we’ve had. The shower was also very good. There was good pressure and enough hot water. The shower curtain was very clingy and infringed on the shower space due to the curved rod. The floor of the shower was flat and had a non slip texture. The shower head was also high enough that a tall person should still be able to get their head under it without too much effort.
