The lady at the front desk was super friendly and had fresh cookies for us 15 minutes after our arrival. The room was nice. The pool and hot tub area was great. The hotel had a very small town hotel vibe. Location was convenient.

Ashley Inn has really changed from past stays. We won’t be booking again.
-Thick hairs on “clean” towels.
-Floor not swept or mopped, kid had filthy feet after walking barefoot.
-Mattress was incredibly uncomfortable. Flimsy, no support. Old metal coil style.
-Spa had clumps of hair floating in it.
-Toilet did not work properly.
-Only a couple sheets on the bed. A blanket would have been nice.
-$4.00 for 12oz bottle of water in lobby. Bring your own.
-Employee emphasized they were short staffed every time encountered. Suppose that was to explain the lack of cleanliness.
We left early and moved to the Inn at Wecoma which was fabulous.

We had a great time here, and for the price it was good. Clean and a big room. We did have a bath towel that had a LOT of long dark hair on it. You'll need a box fan or sound machine if you're bothered by neighbors and people in the hallway, the walls are pretty thin. Our check in staff were great, the front door was broken and stuck open, but they made the best of it. They were super helpful and friendly. All in all, we'd stay here again.

It’s quite convenient and closed by HWY 101. The room was very quiet and provided all the basic necessary stuff in the room. I have been staying in this hotel quite a few times and enjoying it very much…

Check-in was quick and efficient. The gentleman who helped me was knowledgeable and very friendly. Our TV wasn't working when we first got to our room and within 1 minute someone was there to help fix it. The pool and Spa tub were wonderful, very neat and clean.
Breakfast was great with lots of options available. Waffles, cereal, muffins, juice, coffee, scrambled eggs and sausage.
We generally go to the coast a lot since we live so close but we only stay overnight once or twice per year. This was this year's stay and was really awesome. We will definitely be back to stay at the Ashley again. Thanks so much for your hard work and your hospitality!
