Holiday Inn Express & Suites Lincoln City

We stayed one night. Room was really clean, kind staffs, good breakfast. We satisfied their services.

Great stay for our family. Only downside was when we got down to the free breakfast, all the food was out except cold cereal. Otherwise, very positive experience.

This is a full review on your staff - Gisselle at the front desk is AMAZING!!! She should be getting a bonus or raise or promotion real soon. And she most definitely shouldn’t be working a Saturday night all by herself checking people in and providing support to all of the guests on a busy summer weekend. She was kind, intentional, apologized for the wait (even though it’s not her fault y’all understaffed her). She made us feel cared for even though there was lots of tasks she was multitasking. Gisselle should own this hotel. She’s a boss.

Great breakfast

They stole my credit card information and I've spent the last 2 weeks trying to figure out who stole my identity. I never would have imagined it would be from the hotel I booked, but my bank verified this, and I will be taking legal action. Do not give them your credit card information or you won't make it home.

Easy to find, lots of parking. More staff needed at front desk. Was woke up at 2:00 am by drunk man trying to get into room. When he couldn't get in, he got the night desk clerk to come up and open our door. Fortunately, we had the top sliding lock on so he couldn't come in all the way. Staff should have verified the man's room # in the computer before opening our door!

The rooms are beautiful and very modern. I didn't get to stay in a room with an ocean view, but saw inside a room with a view during their open house and it was so pretty. What stood out to me the most were 2 staff members in particular. The day I arrived was Thursday, May 30, around 6:30pm. I don't remember her name, but the woman who checked me in was so friendly and welcoming. It was my birthday and I was celebrating alone with my 8-month-old son. Her friendliness and warmth made me feel better about my decision to get away for the evening. The 2nd staff member was the man who was working the breakfast bar Friday morning, May 31. He greeted every guest with so much cheer and enthusiasm. How could you not feel welcomed? Even my son liked him. He smiled every time he saw him walk by. I noticed how tidy and neat he kept the breakfast bar also. I'm sure this hotel has plenty of caring staff, these were the 2 I interacted with the most during my short stay. Nobody knew I was there celebrating my birthday alone with my baby - they were kind just because they are kind people, and those are the best people to have working for you. The only small part of my stay that was disappointing is the pool had been filled that same day I arrived, so the water was too cold for me to swim with my son. I was really looking forward to seeing him have his first experience in a pool. But that was just an unlucky coincidence of my stay. I will stay here again if I make my way back to Lincoln City.

Great, place to stay if you’re are going to the near by ****** and not to far from the 101. Will definitely come back to this location next year when we visit lincoln City again.
